The place was excellent and very clean, very close to the beach and the parking lot wasn't far at all!!Only issue was other people took advantage of the no parking spot, (unloading/ loading) people actually parked there cars overnight in that zone room #1 get there headlights straight into the room at night time

Short trip to Hampton

All and all not a bad little place. Great location close to everything. Parking is close at the central parking lot at Hampton Beach which cost me about 90 bucks for 2 days and 2 nights so you can add parking to the overall cost but not a bad price considering they charge 50 bucks to just park for a day. One thing though, the air conditioner wouldn't stay on. It worked for a little while and then the thermostat on it went up to 86 degrees and stayed there so it wouldn't turn on but everything else was good!

Our beach

Check in was a piece of cake. We were given a code to get in at 3 o’clock. We arrived early and the owner Dillon was there. So we got to meet him and he let us in early. A real nice person. The place was perfect for 2. A small kitchen and refrigerator. The beach and all the action was only 300 ft away! The place is very comfortable and clean! Check out was a breeze. You have to pay for parking, but that wasn’t a problem either. The parking was right down then end of the street, 5 minute walk at most. We highly recommend this place. My only regret is we didn’t stay long enough!!!! Thank you Dillon for sharing.
