Stay where the locals stay - North Beach! Right across the street from the ocean! Take about 20 steps across the main road and your feet are in the sand.

Located on the Coastline of North Beach in Hampton, New Hampshire. This motel room is about 280 square feet and is made to accommodate 2 people.

It can sleep 4 if you bring your own blow-up mattress.

This motel room is equipped with a private bathroom, futon style couch, Queen size bed, kitchenette, Full size refrigerator, 43" HD Smart TV & silent mini split AC and heating.

About 2 miles from Hampton Beach, far enough away to escape the traffic but close enough to enjoy all of the attractions. Bring your surfing gear as some of the best waves on the seacoast are at your front door.

*We do not provide beach towels, shampoo or conditioner* There is only room for parking for 1 car per room. This is a motel building with 6 motel rooms. Not suitable for parties as there are other guests staying next door. Be respectful of the other guests. Quiet hours start at 11:00 PM. This room is pet friendly. Pet fee applies.

This is our second time staying here within the last four years. We appreciated the updates this visit. however, the bathroom door needs to be fixed since it cannot close. The location is perfect and even though it was pet friendly, we did not have any odors of pets in our unit. We did not have a pet. We would definitely recommend this place but not for more than 2 people.

A great place to stay for a night or two! Absolutely loved being right across the street from the ocean, and the red fridge was my favorite. Room stays wicked nice and cool as well. Minor things that were ehh- The bed wasn’t the best but was not horrible and no complementaries in the bathroom. (Shampoo, conditioner, etc) usually you’ll find a small container of each. Other than that my stay was great.

Stayed for one night… Very small room with smaller bathroom… It did however have everything you needed regarding kitchen supplies, refrigerator, toaster, oven, etc. etc. for some reason there was no soap in the bathroom. I think it might’ve been an oversight on the cleaning staff.

Quiet Fall Long Weekend with the dogs

Quaint yet eclectic accommodations. Enough room for two adults and two 12lb pups. Pet fee was more than reasonable. Entrance to the beach was right across the street. Easy drive to almost anywhere on the Seacoast or the North Shore. We’d stay again!

Literally steps from the beach!

My wife, our dog and I enjoyed our stay in this small bungalow that was quaint and rustic. It wasn't well appointed but it was an enjoyable stay. Nice and hot shower, good A/C, clean, and simple amenities. The owner, Tyler, helped us get through the check-in process which VRBO seemed unable to do, (lack of communication on their part for not providing procedures provided by the owner).
