We like that this neighborhood is in a small beach city and that it is less than 5 minutes away from major freeways and less than 10 minutes away from the nearest beach. Target, Sprouts, and many other popular grocery and retail stores can be found less than 15 minutes away. Our location gives our guests the convenience of being within a close proximity to important destinations.
