Beautiful, sunny 2bd. condo in Dennis port (Cape Cod), cathedral ceiling, 2 min. walk from the beach. The property include basic cable, TV, DVD, WI-Fi, coffee maker, patio and grill, Outside shower with the hot water 24/7. No smoking no pets. It is one block from the beach and very close to the park with playground. Available entire summer season, Memorial day/the end of October. July and August 960/wk. Price negotiable during off season.

No Linens or towels are provided.

We had a lovely time

Property was just as it looks on the website. Walking distance to the beach, which was so nice! Very clean, and the outdoor shower was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend Breakfast at WeePacket for an Irish breakfast. Order some blueberry pancakes for the table. So good!! Then have dinner at Sesuit Harbor (cash only) for an incredible lobster roll. Save room to stop by Sundae School for the best homemade ice cream. We will be back again. Enjoy your trip, we should did.

Cape Cod getaway

The condo was a great value. We reserved the condo the day before we arrived, so short notice. There was a breakdown of communication between VRBO and the property manager. He didn't know we were coming and the unit we were supposed to be in already was occupied. He found another unit for us thank goodness. He was very sweet and felt really sorry for the inconvenience. I would come again.

Thought we were renting a house, turned out to be a condo

Dishes were greasy, saw a roach. Online pictures made it seem bigger than it was. Bathroom was so tiny it was akin to an inside room on a cruise ship. Our own mistake was choosing a place close to beaches we don’t go to. Will look to stay closer to north side beaches next year.

Great condo at great location

The location couldn't be better. Just 2 minute walk to the beach. It's well equipped and maintained. The host is easy to reach and pleasant.

Guests couldn't breathe due to out of control mold

Couldn't breath, couldn't stay. Asked for money back immediately and have not received it. Not a covid 19 clean environment. Owner's personal items/toothbrush/clothes/makeup in various rooms, unquarantined. Carpets and many furnishings covered with quilts and other blanket material; all moldy. Great location, Impossible to stay there.

According to my rules and policies and also on the description, linens and towels are not included. This guest forgot to bring her own supplies. And she was claiming for her money back and put this comment over me which was not true. Property is in a very good shape and has good reviews.

Perfect Location for the Beach

We wanted a quick getaway with easy access to the beach and we discovered this property. We can't say enough how happy we were with the location. It is a 3 minute walk to a small beach that was perfect. The beach wasn't crowded and it was nice and clean. The property was very clean and although it is on the smaller side, there was plenty of room for the 4 of us that traveled. There is also a nice outdoor space with a table and chairs as well as a grill to cook up some food when you are done with your beach day. The bathroom is rather tight, but there is an outdoor shower with hot water that we used as well. The landlord answered all of our questions and even called to make sure we were satisfied with everything during our stay. We will definitely be booking this property again in the future! You can't beat this place for the location and price!
