The cottage was just what we needed. A quiet neighborhood and easy to get everywhere. The accommodations were great. The place was spotless and well equipped.
We visited for some relaxation and biking! It was a wonderful weekend and we enjoyed the coziness and the amenities of the cottage. The shower is quite small, which is not a problem for me, but anyone over six feet may struggle!
Very cute! Kitchen supplied with everything you could need. Wonderfully decorated. Very comfortable bed! Great communication with owners. Back deck, outdoor shower, bbq grill. Very close to beach. What more could you ask for?
The cottage is the quintessential cute Cape Cod cottage. Small yet very cozy. Perfect to sleep, shower (tiny shower stall) & be on your way to outdoor summer vacation activities. Close to beaches, shops, places to eat. Nice front & back outdoor seating. Owners were very communicative and easy going. We enjoyed our stay.
Stay was awesome! Great location, walkable to local restaurants and beach! House was a little hot, but the fans helped a little to get air across the different rooms. Wish there was a patio table on the deck, but over all great stay would definitely recommend and book again.
This cottage is in the perfect location. We were able to take a couple short walks to the beach, breakfast shop and a couple small corner shops. It was very easy to get to and very easy communicating with the Owners. We hope to be back soon!
We love this little cottage and would stay again. Having been born and raised on cape for 21 years this is an authentic experience. It’s a blast from our past and in all the right ways! See you soon.
I brought my Goddaughter and we celebrated our 40th and 70th birthdays with a week on the Cape. Just a darling property. So clean and cozy. Close to everything. Can walk to the beach and many great restaurants and delis. Jennifer was quick to respond to all inquires. So kind and helpful. We loved it! It was everything we hoped for and more.. Highly recommend this property.
Convenient and casual, too. This knotty pine classic cottage is close to everything! A short walk to a nice, calm Nantucket Sound beach. Another short walk gets you the basics at the local deli, plus hot food and fresh oysters at restaurants close by. Everything else, including an excellent fish store and a fruit/vegetable stand is just a short bike ride or car journey away! Comfy queen bed, good kitchen facilities and most importantly, a gas grill next to a deck, table, chairs and an umbrella. One could stay here all summer … but was able to pick out a prime week! Book early!

This cottage is very cozy and everything was clean and ready to enjoy. Couldn't do much about the weather, but was able to enjoy sitting out on front/back deck a few times. Cooked out on the grill and just relaxed after spending time on the beach.
Location is very convenient to the little deli store, the beach and local restaurants.
Morning walks around the area were the perfect way to start each morning.
Would definitely recommend this place. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. It was a very easy rental process.
Only concern was at the end of the driveway the bushes are overgrown and had to be super careful pulling out to the road. In fact, one of us would stand outside to make sure no traffic was coming our way.

Cute Cape Cod cottage
Cottage is traditional Cape Cod, very attractive, with lovely private garden, and a deck back and front. It’s only a few minutes walk from a sandy beach, and is also an ideal base for exploring the rest of Cape Cod.
We cooked most evenings, and there is plenty of kitchen equipment.
Disappointing that cleanliness was only on the surface, the cottage could do with a proper clean, for example there is significant mould buildup in the shower, and corners and baseboards of rooms seem to have been missed for some time. The double bed is comfortable but the threadbare mattress cover needs to be replaced.
It has the impression of being cleaned quickly by guests at the end of each rental but apparently a cleaner goes in.
My 14 year old twins and I stayed at this pristine cottage over Labor Day weekend 2020. It was an incredible getaway! The cottage is very well kept, and every time I thought I could really use ___, I would look and I would find it! Robert and Jennifer have thought of everything to make your life comfortable while staying in their cottage. They really go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. It was hot this past weekend, and there were plenty of window fans and fans in general to keep us cool.
Pros-
The cottage is very clean and again, has everything you need - cooking utensils (even cooking spray!), ice cube trays, aluminum foil, beach chairs, etc.
It is a little bit of a walk to the beach - nice to walk to but you have to drive if you have a lot of stuff and no wagon.
The "One stop shop and deli" is right across the street which is very important to me for little things. I ended up having to get eggs and butter. They also have fresh coffee, pastries and sandwiches and everything you need!
We went to three different beaches - Mayflower Beach in Dennis, Sea St and Glendon. All were nice and short drives/walks away.
The area itself is very nice to walk around! Lots of cute cape cods to look at!
There is a lot of shopping and restaurants in the area which is always fun. Cuffy's is a mile away!
Stop n Shop and Shaw's are also very close by - we got groceries there to save money and cook at the cottage.
The outdoor shower is fabulous to get the sand off before coming in the house.
Jen and Robert were extremely responsive and you could tell they wanted to make sure you enjoy your stay.
Cons:
The hedge at the end of the driveway sticks out making it difficult to see oncoming cars when pulling out. I did back in the driveway so that I could go out facing forward, but still it was a bit scary.
There was a weird man pacing the street who spoke another language and was talking to himself very loudly. It was a bit frigtening to me as a single mom and I almost called the cops. He would pace back and forth yelling a few times per day. I'm not sure if he lives there fulltime or not, but if he does perhaps a heads up about him and that he is harmless.
Our neighbors were partying pretty loud at night - but may've just been who rented next to us and that it was Labor Day weekend. Just a heads up for families trying to protect little ones' ears.
All in all it was a FANTASTIC stay and I can't wait to go back!
Thank you!!!
My Mom, girlfriend had a great time at this little cottage. I would like to make a suggestion that the frying pan be replaced but other than that we had all the necessities for our short stay. We enjoyed our first visit to the Cape.
I’d rather leave no review than a negative but when the owner was unfazed by our email stating that the cabin was dirty i figured future guests should know to steer clear
I left on day 3…that’s how bad it was. I should have left day one but I spent a lot of money to be there and I tried to make the best of it. I did cancel my son’s visit because I was too embarrassed for him to join me.
This cottage was like a visit back to the 70’s…which probably wouldn’t have been that bad had it been cleaned since then. I knew there was no a/c, but didn’t expect to walk into a closed up cottage with absolutely no circulating air and being hit with 100 degree stagnant air. I opened up all the windows and put on the fans and sat outside for the entire first day, even contemplating sleeping outside on my lounge chair because of the temperature inside and also because when I went to make-up the bed, I used 3 sheets to cover the stained mattress pad. When I went to put my groceries away, I found that there was no place to store them. I kept my stuff in my grocery bags which was probably the better option anyway. The cabinets were poorly stuffed with dirty dishes and glasses. The cabinet over the stove contained items left from others with expiration dates from 2016. The inside shower pipe is duct taped and the wire rack to hold your personal items is rusted and has hardened soap scum on it…I opted to use the outside shower which was also storage for lounge chairs and the hose. Unsafe. The back yard has not been attended to in a very long time. Despite the drought, the grass and flowers have been dead for way more than this summer. There was also trash left around the yard. I could go on….I have pictures…I don’t want to think about this place anymore…a waste of my hard earned money and a lesson learned. I emailed the owners the day I left and told them of my experience…I still have not had a response from them. Very obvious that they don’t care about their property or their customers.

Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is great and so close to everything. My husband and I rented in this area for years before buying a place of our own.
What makes this property unique
My property has a great fenced in back yard with deck for privacy and a great place for kids to play. There is also a deck in the front to sit and watch the world go by.
