This place was exactly what I needed for me and my two girls while we were in town for a track meet. As soon as we walked in, it smelled amazing, was very clean, and the temperature was perfectly cool, just how I like it. The patio area was a great bonus, giving my girls space to warm up and stretch. Check-in and check-out were simple and hassle-free. Overall, this place was perfect for our stay!

Host is excellent in communication. My daughter and I just needed somewhere to stay for one night for a softball tournament. My Little Casita was literally 6-8 minutes away. Was perfect for what we needed. Easy entry, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great location, close to shopping and food, and easy to find. A cute little place to rest.I’m not sure if it’s a new development, I didn’t see this in the previous reviews, but feel it’s important to mention, there is a rooster near by that starts crowing at 3am and didn’t stop (we left for our event at 8am). So just be mindful of that if you are a light sleeper! Also, if you have a low car, the driveway has a lip, so be careful. :)

Great spot for one person or a couple. Pictures very accurate. Easy check in and out. You can do a lot worst for the same about of money in the area. Attended a concert at Mid-Florida Credit Union Amphitheater, about a 10 minutes drive away.

It would have been nice to have a phone number for the owner and not just an email in case of an emergency. One recommendation would be a comfortable chair for the bedroom.

Great getaway

What a great quiet little getaway hidden in Seffner. Clean, quiet, modern unit great for 2 adults to slip away. Had plenty of space, and was very nice and up to date. Had to communicate with the host for address, check in instructions and checkout. Was quick to respond and made the stay enjoyable. May need to revisit the features of the unit but was very easy to contact. We stayed 2 nights and wish we booked more
