Why they chose this property
My husband and I have owned this apartment for 25 years, so we know the area very well. Our children grew up here and took advantage of the building's gym, swimming pool, ping-pong table, squash, and other amenities. All three of them now live in the U.S so sometimes we travel to see them and our grandkids. When we are in Lima, we still live close by so can be available in case you need anything during your trip

The apartment is located on the 17th floor of the building and has two levels. The apartment has access to the sports club with a cafe, swimming pool, gym, squash court & game room in the apartment complex.
