Village Walk is just 12 miles from the heart of Naples. This beautifully landscaped, gated community features many amenities. Village Walk has a large clubhouse, a fitness center, hair salon, travel agency, three community swimming pools, tennis and bocce ball courts, pickle ball courts, a library, and card rooms. In our home we have a kayak, three bikes, beach chairs, exercise mats and light weights, and a fishing pole available for your use.

This manor home is one of only 19 in the neighborhood and is the best located unit on a private culdesac. It has a large private pool and a lovely built in jacuzzi under one of the largest lanais in the neighborhood.


It has a new roof (2017), two new HVAC systems, new plank tile floors, new plantation shutters, new electric hurricane shutters, new door locking systems, new king and queen beds, and a completely furnished kitchen.

There are four bedrooms, the master with a king that has a large attached bath with two toilets, a large shower, a garden tub, two separate sinks and a large linen closet. The bedroom has three walk-in closets and an attached office den area that looks out over the pool.

The second king bed is in a BR with a large closet and attaches to a full bath. Also attached to the bath is the third bedroom with a queen sized futon bed.
The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and is adjacent to the third full bath.

Eight can sleep easily in the four bedrooms but there is a pull out couch in the living room and a cot, so it can sleep 11 if necessary. There are four TV s, three of which access cable, one with a DVD player. There is internet included. A minimum 90 day rental is required, with 120 days being preferred.
