No parties, events, or smoking allowed
Minimum booking age is 25
Government-issued photo ID is required prior to arrival
Reservation name must match the ID and the credit card used
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests
Unauthorized guests or pets may result in eviction without refund
PETS
Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved by the owner
Unauthorized pets will result in a non-refundable pet fee and possible eviction
PROPERTY CONDITION AND PROTOCOL
Guests must inspect the property upon arrival and report any issues immediately
Guests are responsible for leaving the home in good condition
Property must be tidy upon departure (dishes washed, clean spills, trash in bins)
Additional cleaning fees may apply if excess cleaning is required
Locked Owner's Closets or storage areas must not be accessed
INTERNET AND MAINTENANCE
Internet is provided but not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or of any specific speed
No refunds will be issued for outages
Report any maintenance concerns to the owner promptly
No rent adjustments will be made for equipment malfunctions or external circumstances
SAFETY AND CONDUCT
Guest behavior must be respectful to neighbors and the community
Noise disturbances are prohibited
Guests must secure the property when appropriate by locking doors, windows, and garage
No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials are permitted
Guests are responsible for supervising minors around the pool
Use of the pool is at the guest’s own risk; neither the owner nor representatives are liable for injury or death
