Centrally Located 3/2 private home features an electric heated pool with screen enclosure. The house sits on a large triple lot giving the family room to play inside and out. Two separate living rooms allows areas for guests to enjoy different activities. Fully furnished Kitchen with pass through window to pool area has all the accommodations of home. Master bedroom has king bed and en suite bath. Second bedroom has a king, Third bedroom has 2 twins, with an option to utilize a kit to convert to a king bed. Second bath accessible from pool area giving an easy option for changing and bathroom breaks. House includes pool toys, bikes, beach chairs, lounge chairs, gas grill all accessible to the guests of the house.

The host was very helpful ＆ accomodating. The home was true to description ＆ clean. The pool was very warm ＆ inviting (thank you Chad!) We loved the reclining sofas, 2 spacious lvrm areas ＆ comfortable beds. This home is minutes from many great restaurants and pubs, shopping centers and things to do. Very nice location.

Cape Coral Vacation

The house was exactly as advertised. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Location was great. The house was neat and clean, no clutter. The pool was heated, clean and serviced weekly. Chad the owner was easy to contact and resolved a few minor issues promptly. I would highly recommend this property. We are renting this property again next year. Thanks Chad

Great location

It was a nice home in a safe neighborhood with a smaller pool. The master bedroom needs a new bed, the one side had a big dip in it. Prefer white bedding so you can tell how clean vs. Colored sheets and pillow covers that may hide the dirt . A suggestion to the cleaning person is use cleaning solution that gives a great smell, helps with the first impression. Overall great place.

Wonderful Cape Coral Vacation

Found the house neat and clean. Pool was serviced weekly. Improvements made from last year were a new refrigerator, living room furniture. Contacted Chad the owner about a few issues with the pool and they were handled promptly. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet and only a short car ride to stores, restaurants and the beach at Cape Coral Yacht Club. Chad, thanks for letting us enjoy your piece of heaven.

Correct your advertising

Information re reservation was misleading. My reservation said thru Jan 28 which I thought meant including the night if the 28th. I received a text from the owner at 5PM on Friday.(He may have texted earlier but 5 was when I had time to read it) He informed me that I was not scheduled for Friday night. "TO" and :"thru" seem to mean two different things. Fortunately his new guests were not arriving until late Saturday so he let me stay Friday night. I agreed to a charge which he deducted from my deposit. I found this episode very disconcerting especially since I was in Cape Coral to try to get work on my storm ruined condo going and was extremely upset and frustrated. The fact that guest must provide soap and kleenex I found a bit much for the price charged. I expressed my appreciation for his flexibility to the owner. The property was lovely. We never had time to use the pool which looked very inviting.

This was booked through VRBO and not fault of us. Thank you for giving a low rating after we accommodated another nights stay last minute. I have never had anyone not know when there stay ended. You told me your daughter booked and that’s why you were unaware of the stay end date.. and now make it look like it was our fault. Poor ratings hurt our overall page. This was a low blow

Maria is upset because we had to allow a professional to start some repairs from damage due to the hurricane. I explained this was possible as soon as she booked. I apologized to her many times. I would not rent to her again with the condition the house was left in.

its got plenty of room and everything you need. Did not use the bbq, but really enjoyed the beach necessities, especially the umbrella (its a must). The bikes are a nice touch but we did not use them either. Pool was wonderful. All in all, we enjoyed our stay

House and pool were great. The property is as described, and exactly what we were looking for. The only thing we encountered was a few missing necessities. The following items weren't at the house: trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper. We were able to easily grab these items. The house is close to many amenities. We would stay here again

Wonder family vacation

This home was even better than pictured! The house was very spacious, well layed out for maximum privacy and EXTREMELY clean and very well stocked. The furniture appeared to be new and so comfy as well as the bedding. There was an abundance of soft bath towels as well as beach towels and pool floats. Our family really enjoyed the screened Lanai (no bugs!) the beautiful pool and the gas BBQ grill. The neighborhood was quite nice and the location was great for us. No complaints at all here....just pleasant surprises! We have stayed at several VRBO properties but none as clean, comfortable and well-stocked as this one. Time with family

We loved it! Furniture was a little dated but not worn, every thing was comfortable and extremely clean!! Floor plan of house was perfect for adults and children. Bathroom entry from pool was great! Patio/pool area was spacious! We had everything we needed from kitchen items, games, bikes, and pool toys! We will definitely be staying there again when we come to visit family!!
