Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Ocean Lakes Resort! INCLUDES Complimentary use of GOLF CART! The Mystical Mermaid is the perfect place to make your beach vacation memories!!
Outdoor Features:
Outdoor space Galore for Entertaining, Relaxation & Parking. Outdoor smart TV, Propane Grill. Just a few minute golf cart ride to the beach.
Indoor Features:
LINENS: We INCLUDE Linens & Bathroom/Kitchen Towels!!! Just bring your own Beach/Pool towels.
There is cable TV/spectrum app in every room, and a stocked kitchen for preparing meals, washer & dryer, a shower/bathtub combo in both bathrooms.
3 beds, sleeping 6 people, including infants (STRICT OCCUPANCY LIMIT)
Primary Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed with private en-suite full bathroom

You will not get bored at Ocean Lakes!! 18-hole mini-golf, Activity center with 80+ arcade games, Indoor Pool, Outdoor pool/water park with a splash zone for small children, events and classes at the activity center, holiday events, check-out equipment for basketball, volleyball, horseshoes & more. There's a playground and skate park right on the beach!
Rules/Requirements:
*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 7-days after your stay is complete.
*PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.
*Complimentary use of golf cart is for licensed drivers AGE 21+ ONLY. Ocean Lakes does rent carts for younger drivers.
*MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS. Drivers of the golf cart must be 21 years of age, with a drivers license.
