We elected to move to an alternative VRBO after staying approximately one hour, as the property was not conducive to our family’s needs. Unfortunately, the listing did not accurately reflect the condition and functionality of the space, which made it unsuitable for our stay. We made the decision to leave and secure other accommodations to ensure a comfortable and safe experience for our family. (2 Adults/ 2 Children/ 2 small dogs)

Space is to small
Space is too small to accommodate 12 person. The sofa in the kitchen/leaving was dirty. No extra bedsheet for the sofa to be used as bed. AC in the big room is not enough if 8 people sleeping in that room!
Location, location, location.. This was perfect base for quickly getting around to see the sites, also Rittenhouse Square was very close and many restaurants around. The Black Sheep Pub is right across the street from the apartment. Nice atmosphere there, better down stairs for quite. Be aware that the bar stays open late and there are tables outside with patrons being loud, I had no problem, but my wife didn't go to sleep until bar closed. Place was clean enough. Couch is very stained and dirty, window shades are dirty, broken and let too much light in,. This would be a very tight spot for 12, maybe if it was spring break and I was in college. Other than that, we found close parking, and the entrance was private. Aside from the few issues, it was still a great stay.
Worst renting experience of all time!!! This place was infested with cockroaches and ants in every room of the unit. bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and when contacting the host, their advice was to not leave any food out. We had to leave to find a hotel to stay at after giving the property manager a chance to do something to fix the issue. The best part was they refused to issue a full refund stating we had occupied the property for a day already. do not be tempted by the convience and location of this unit as it is surely a waste of time and money run by a slumlord.
Great location easy to get to a lot of things via foot or public transportation. It is an older building so don’t expect something modern. Sleeping 12 would be a stretch a family of 5 or 6 can make it by easy though.
