Charming Comfortable, Affordable dwelling boasts 3 Bedrooms with 2 1/2 bathrooms and front loading high energy smart stack washer/dryer laundry facility in the 1/2 bath. Two of the bedrooms have California king size beds and 1 has a Queen size bed. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and Air conditioning. The two full bathrooms have tub/showers (one has a whirlpool tub/shower). For additional sleeping arrangements air mattresses with electric pumps are available for use in various sizes. This home has a full Living room, Dining room, Kitchen and front balcony with panoramic sunrise, Ocean view of the Leeward coastline from Diamond-Head & Waikiki on the East end of the island to Campbell Industrial and Ko Olina Resort on the West coast . There is also a covered back patio area with with patio table set and a propane BBQ grill. The Kitchen has granite Counter-tops, stainless steal appliances: Jenn Aire range-top and Double-wall convection oven, a double wide refrigerator/freezer with deli drawer, microwave oven, a Bosch dishwasher, garbage disposal with a full assortment of small appliances, dishes, flatware and utensils & pans for cooking and baking. There is also a prep sink in the kitchen and wet bar with microwave in the hallway. A 60" flat screen HDTV in the living room and a flat screen TV in each bedroom. Free Cable and wireless internet service is provided. There is free parking in the 1 car Carport and on street parking in front of the house.

Each bedroom has air conditioning as well as the main area of the house.
This home is located 3/4 mile to H-1 freeway access East bound and 1/2 mile to H-1 West bound. It is a short mile distance to a Wal Mart super store and Chili's as well as Safeway Shopping Center, fast food and other food venues. There is also a convenience store and gas station just a block away. Within a 5 mile range there are many dining and shopping experiences as well as Theaters, Post Office and a Costco Store for shopping and gas, Wet and Wild Water Park, Ko' Olina Beach Resort and other Ocean beach destinations. It is approximately 3-4 miles to the new "Ka Makana Ali'i" shopping Mall. 5 miles to UH West Oahu, Paradise Luau, Germaine's Luau, the and some of the best beaches on the Island.

It its only 9.6 miles to Patsy Mink regional Park the largest sport park on the island Oahu where you can find a “Swimming pools, tennis complex, archery range, softball, soccer and baseball fields.” This home is also within a 20 mile radius of most military facilities on the island.

This home is roomy, cool & convenient . Each room is air conditioned. Very nice home away from home. Easy access to the freeway, Costco, Walmart, etc and all the eateries. Ko Olina is just minutes away. Day or night there is a great view of Diamond Head, Waikiki and Pearl harbor. The owner is close by and always very helpful.

This house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. It is well stocked with just about everything you might need. Appliances are new and rooms are comfortable and air conditioned. The front lanai has a nice view of Honolulu and can even see Diamond Head.. The freeway access is closeby and Kapolei city is just minutes away with all the eateries, grocery stores etc, there. Between Kapolei and the house is a neighborhood market and gas station. This is a good location to go from if sightseeing around the island or have things to do around Kapolei or the west side of Oahu. The Ko Olina resort is about 15 minutes drive with more restaurants and beaches.

The house was very old and cluttered however the biggest issue was that it was in a terrible area. We ended up leaving the first night and stayed at embassy suites. need to speak with someone from VRBO regarding this issue.

Our stay in Kapolei was great! Nita was very sweet and helpful despite recovering from a surgery, and check in/out was smooth! Kitchen has everything you would need to cook with, towels provided, air conditioning if you prefer, laundry facilities, and a great view both daytime and at night! Its close to shopping and the interstates!! We loved our stay and would book again if/when we make it back!! Thank you Nita!!

Perfect for our family!

We were all very pleased with our stay, the house was wonderful. We had 4 separate bedrooms, each with king sized beds! The kitchen was amazing with everything you would need if you plan to cook every meal here in the home. Our son is in the Army here and requested several meals from home. We had all we needed to make lasagna for him! The house was great. The only bad part was we didn't get to meet Nita because she was recovering from surgery and not able to get out. We talked several times on the phone throughout the week to make sure all was going well. The home is close to stores and access to H1. We were only 20 minutes from Pearl Harbor (good traffic) and close to the Disney Resort beach. Thank you Nita & Diana for making our stay so wonderful.

We were attending a wedding in nearby Ko’Olina, and Nita’s place was perfectly located near many shops and grocery stores. The house was fully stocked with all we needed to cook meals and she shared beach towels and chairs to hang at the beach! Nita answered all questions and addressed all needs during our stay. Mahalo!

We just got back from Hawaii tonight. We have rented from VRBO before and found this property to be the best. There were 5 of us at the house and we never felt crowded. We had everything we needed here. There was coffee and tea, pots and pans for cooking, boogie boards for surfing, fold up chairs for sitting at the beach. Nita was just a wonderful host. We were delayed in arriving by 6hrs because of weather. I texted Nita and let her know. She was there upon our arrival (10pm) to show us everything. She was able to tell us where the best beaches were and where to go to eat. We would HIGHLY recommend this place. Her place is north of Waikiki away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Honolulu. Nita's house was inviting and we felt very much at home. She was a great host by providing pretty much everything we needed so we didn't have to buy much at all. The location was perfect as it was in a quiet neighborhood, close to the hwy, and was convenient to local eateries, shops, and markets. It didn't take long to head into Honolulu or other touristy areas of the island. My kids enjoyed the house so much that my daughter cried on our last day and said no one else could live there! Neighborhood Property

This property is in a neighborhood overlooking the harbor. It is up the mountain quite a bit. It is very clean and close to anything we wanted to do. There is easy access to the H-1 freeway. It's about 10 minutes to Ka Olina (and the lagoons) and 30-35 minutes to the North Shore. We made it to downtown Honolulu in about 45 minutes in morning traffic. (It would be 25 or so in no traffic.) Nita is a great host and was always there when we needed anything. When we had trouble finding the house, she met us at McDonalds to show us the way, gave us a tour, and got us settled. She was quick to respond any time we needed her. If you are looking for a location where your family can be comfortable, this is it!

Property is in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view. It had everything you needed as if you were at home. Loved that the bedrooms had air conditioning which really made it comfortable on humid days. Great location if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Honolulu.
