Kitchen- The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking up delicious meals. It’s designed with your convenience in mind, making meal preparation a breeze. In the dining area, a cozy table for four awaits, perfect for enjoying meals together. The kitchen bar with seating for four provides a convenient and stylish spot for quick bites and casual breakfasts.

Island Winds East Units: During Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and the Shrimp Festival event, each unit is allotted one (1) parking pass, regardless of its size. Extra parking options are available offsite, and please note that these arrangements may be subject to change.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

NOTE: Island Winds East parking is limited to one (1) parking pass per unit (regardless of size) during Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and Shrimp Festival. Subject to change.

Summer vacation

Really enjoyed our stay. Only dings were stove is ancient, blender didn’t work, can opener didn’t work. We would definitely stay again.

Located on a great beach with easy access to the great white sands of Gulf Shore Beach with several chairs to Rent from Ike’s beach Service 24 hour desk is a a great plus. The kitchen is well equipped...but bring extra TP, paper towels and coffee filters. The shower is awesome also.

Such a treat.

Everything was great about our stay, especially the location! Only hard part was getting in touch with the front desk/agency at the location by phone and it turned out the line was down. Other than that, it was great.

Friends getaway

I love Islands condos. I have stayed at East and West several times over the years. Love the location. We had a wonderful few days here with the exception of the giant cockroach that was in the kitchen. We spotted him on our last night there. Did not see any other bugs, he could have came through the door. All in all was a wonderful trip. Condo could use an upgrade though.

Island winds east stay

Overall the condo was clean and good location to activities, restaurants and beach. Appliances were not good - coffee maker and toaster are the ones we used and were poor quality. Beds were comfortable. Wifi was never available and no return text from property manager about why and if anything could be done to assist us with it. Watch out for the increased price per night for this condo as it's listed as one price and when you go to book there are exorbitant fees added to the final price making it MUCH more expensive than expected.

Nice getaway!

We had an overall great experience. Good location. Only negative is kitchen is small and not a lot of places to put things, a kitchen update would be beneficial. The plugs were loose, so it was hard to keep things plugged in. We would still stay again because it wasn’t a deal breaker. Easy walk to the water and everything else you need. Very quiet and the pool was nice!

Beachfront condo was as listed. Definitely an older condo in need of updates but worked as a last minute find after our other reservation was cancelled

Island East Condo

only 1 parking pass to a condo that sleeps 6, we had to haul my daughter and husband back and forth to their car 3-4 blocks away which was very inconvenient...Also upon checking out one elevator was broke down the whole time we was there and nobody was there the whole time we was there to work on it and they only have 2 elevators and it took us 50 min to be able to get on elevator after toting part of the luggage down the stairs... Very agervating morning along with many other people that were very unhappy🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵!!

Kenneth: Unfortunately, especially during the busy summer time when the elevators are used and sometimes abused, the elevator will break and parts will need to be ordered. We have a service vendor who works hard to keep them all running - no one like to wait. Please come see us again.
