In the heart of Midtown! More than just a bedroom/private bath. This eclectic en suite is a wonderful space for a get away or corporate housing preferably long term. Private bedroom with sitting area with lounge futon and flip top table for your laptop or having a quick bite, and adjacent private bath offers space you would not usually find in an apartment. A mini fridge, 50" TV with Firestick, internet and wifi all included and access to kitchen, separate den, 1/2 bath on main level and laundry room. Completely furnished with the finest of linen and bedding. Enjoy Midtown Atlanta to its fullest by walking to many restaurants, attractions, movie theaters, Trader Joes (2 blocks), Starbucks and Piedmont Park (our Central Park) and all the festivals held at the park. MARTA bus stop right across the street will get you to the MARTA train station or a short Uber/Lyft friendly ride is readily available. A very walkable/joggable neighborhood - car unnecessary as bus stop steps away that connects you to MARTA transit train. I welcome international guests!!!

Why they chose this property
Midtown is very eclectic and the heartbeat of Atlanta's cultural scene. I love that I can walk to Trader Joe's 2 blocks and my favorite Mexican restaurant and Piedmont Park 3 blocks. The fact that there are hundreds of restaurants also makes it an attractive neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
Custom built in 2000 but made to look like the historical homes in the neighborhood built in the 1920's. The home, although 2 stories, has 5 levels with sunken rooms.
