I hesitate to write an honest review as I am afraid if I do this will be booked every time I want to visit!!!Honestly, I have stayed in the Golden, Applewood, Arvada area several times and this is by far the nicest, most well equipped home our family has found. The kitchen has everything you could need - this made cooking for a group easy and enjoyable. The rooms were very comfortable, the location quiet. It was just perfect in every way. We will most definitely be staying here again.

Great place, very nice, easy to get into and good accommodations. Landlord is very quick to respond, there was an issue with the AC units and someone was over to the house within an hour to resolve. Only issue I have is that if you are renting the whole house not just the apartment below, it would be nice to have access to the stairwell to connect the two levels of the house via the interior rather than walking outside from the apartment upstairs to the kitchen.
