Soak in the heated pool, unwind in the hot tub, or sip cocktails at the private dock and wet bar. The open-concept layout includes a large kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table, and a cozy oversized couch — all perfectly positioned to take in breathtaking sunset views and enjoy al fresco dining.

The home is thoughtfully equipped with a dedicated workspace, an oversized washer and dryer, an outdoor shower, grill, and a rooftop deck offering panoramic views of the coast.

Just 25 minutes from Long Beach Island (LBI), 45 minutes from Atlantic City, and two hours from New York City, this peaceful haven is also just 10 minutes from a charming local beach, full-service marina, and a variety of delicious bars and restaurants. There are also beautiful Local Golf courses near by (LBI National is brand new), Yoga, and water activity rentals.

Located on a serene canal, the private dock offers direct access to the open ocean — only an 8-minute boat ride away — ideal for fishing, sandbar hopping, and enjoying life on the water. This home is available for rent year round and is decorated for the holidays. It boasts a hot chocolate bar and great firework views. It’s the perfect, relaxing getaway for cozy winter weekends and making family holiday memories. The pool is open from May 1st to October 15th.
