We’re thrilled you enjoyed your stay and appreciated our communication and location. Your kind words about our hospitality mean so much to us. We look forward to welcoming you back soon!
This location was ideal in the Dupont Circle area. Quiet street, but just a quick walk ( 5-10 min) to grocery store, coffee shops, bars, restaurant etc. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was very complete if you had wanted to cook all of your meals, but we just prepared our breakfasts and a picnic lunch before heading out sightseeing and visiting with family. Air conditioning worked great. Wonderful having a full size washer and dryer to use.
The location was great. Lots of restaurants and shopping all around. Bus was close too. The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed the heated floor in the bathroom.

Very clean and streamlined living space.
Great location for dining out. walking distance to attractions. Beautiful safe neighborhood with tree lined streets. Would definitely book again.
Very nice, clean unit in great location. Had dimmer at Le Diplomate followed by a play at Studio Theatre, all a short walk away. Also, ten minute walk to DuPont Circle.
We loved staying in this cute home just minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, and beautiful downtown Washington, DC! My grandson and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit and can't wait to return next summer!
This ground level apartment was perfect! Walking distance to the museums & mall. Cute neighborhood with great restaurants, a Whole Foods, and 24-hour CVS one block away.
Excellent location. Less than 10 min walk from metro, Safeway, Whole Foods and great restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Don’t miss Three-Fifty for coffee and quiche. Yum. Easy entry. Good communication with host but didn’t appreciate them asking for my flight information. I provided a deposit, which is all they should need. Small space, comfy bed, heated bathroom floor. Could use some TLC, paint and such. Not the best relaxing space. No real couches, just padded benches, no arms so not super comfy. Didn’t use TV. Was in a difficult spot to watch other than if you’re standing in kitchen. Small kitchen, had the basics but ate out most days so I didn’t dig deep. Can’t control heating. AC only in bedroom. Does not cool entire space. Lovely neighborhood. You will hear upstairs occupants. It was overall a good stay but for the money, I’d probably look for something else next time.

I appreciate your feedback and it's unfortunate that the home didn't meet all expectations. Heating is centralized within the building and AC was available to make resting in the room more comfortable.
The downstairs unit is in a nice neighborhood with restaurants within walking distance. It is only 1-1.5 miles from most DC sites. We saw some lovely homes on our way out in all directions. Since the unit is downstairs, there is some upstairs noise (old building) but it was quiet at bedtime. The common area furniture was not comfortable for relaxing after a day of walking. The daybed included cushions that leaned against the door that separated the rooms; it was unstable and did not provide good TV viewing. I recommend the purchase of a couple of cushioned chairs or a loveseat with a back. We requested an extra blanket upon arriving. There was some back and forth texts with the host questioning why we needed the blanket and it was never provided. The kitchen was adequately stocked. I appreciated the extra shelving in the bedroom and bathroom. There was a nice front window with seating around it to view the street. There was also a small patio where we sat one evening with our wine. Overall a nice stay and we enjoyed the DC sites!
