Amazing property!

This VBRO was amazing for our family! We loved our stay and would stay again. My kids loved the pool and spent many hours in there. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing vacation.

Definitely good could tell you updated the townhouse. It was pretty. I am sure you can’t do anything about the actual property itself, but definitely feel like they could upgrade that. Overall stay was nice though.

Great stay!

The townhouse was very clean and updated! Quiet neighborhood. Not far from places to eat and attractions. Nice nature trails near by and state parks. Will definitely be booking here again!

Great for the price!!!

Great place for a week! Only complaint would be that there was no extra supplies.( toilet paper, wash cloth, garbage bags, tissues and no extra towels) Bring your own swim towels too!! Walmart was only 5-10 minutes from the house so it was a big deal! The pool and pool deck are both nicely maintained. Definitely would stay again if ever I was in the area.

Great stay

We had an amazing stay and Catalina was very accomodating with us and my dogs. The house was clean and the rooms were comfortable. The only issue I could think of is that the upstairs neighbors wake up at 5-6am and you can hear them walking/stomping for hours.

Ok for the price

The Pros- The apartment was conveniently located. Easy access. Had enough pillows and blankets. Shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. Cons- It is listed for up to eight people but that is imposible since the sofa bed is in terrible condition, even when we tried we could not use it and there are only 7 towels. The dinning chairs are peeling off so we had some extra material stuck to our clothes. The cleaning crew was there at 9:45am when the check out was at supposed to be at 10am. We definitely felt the pressure.

Great property and exactly as described!

We had a very busy weekend between a daughter graduating from college and another one competing at the D2 Summit at ESPN Wide World of Sports. The villa was very convenient to everything! We didn't get to utilize the pool or any of those amenities due to our hectic schedule, but the villa was a great place to crash each night. Very comfortable accommodations! The owners provide the necessary basics, including shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Most of VRBO properties do not. Also, the owner communicated often and answered all questions. If I had to say anything negative, it would be that the villa does not offer WiFi. That was not a problem for me personally, but we had a teenager with us and well, you know how they can be without their WiFi. LOL He survived though. Do not hesitate to book this Villa. You will not be disappointed!!

Great location. We stayed to participate in the Wine and Dine half. It was close enough that traffic was great that morning and super easy to get to. One negative - major lack of kitchen and cooking supplies. No large spaghetti type pot for boiling, not many forks, lack of cookware in general. We had to reuse a sauce pan for cooking spaghetti then making the sauce. Otherwise, nice stay!

I would not stay at this location ever again. It should say half down remodel. Although things are newer I can’t get past the cleanliness it’s mold/ dust / bugs as well as old sheet sets everything in the photos you will get at a cost. The ceiling fans/ vents have caked up dust and mold , sink fixtures have mold and build up oh let’s not forget the previous renters hair stuck in shower tub on the walls and in the sinks. Dirty I don’t love my life this way whoever left prior reviews I can imagine how they live. Do not Rent read all reviews! Discolored blinds, it’s a mess needs a real team to come and clean and replace things oh almost forgot to mention the chair fell apart screws weee on the floor and microwave tape at the top pay attention to atta he’s photos. Manager is very nonchalant I messaged after the first day with the reeeibke conditions she offers to have her cleaners come! The issue is bigger then The cleaners mold is serious and all the other issues. Disgusted to asked if u wanted to check out didn’t care oh almost forgot my daughter woke up with bites all over her body. She did not show any type of compassion the only resolve she stated was to have cleaners come and to checkout. Also how she’s never had any issues in the eight years which is totally a lie. I wish I would have paid closer attention to all the reviews you should be ashamed. Dirty renovated property!

Het verblijf in Kissimmee was perfect. Alles klopte zoals vooraf was beschreven. De woning voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. De incheck was zeer duidelijk en klopte precies. De woning zelf was zeer ruim,netjes en volledig uitgerust. Een goede uitvalsbasis voor de vele activiteiten rondom Orlando. Wij zouden hier zeker weer naartoe gaan!

Beautiful updated unit. Very clean. Host was very responsive. I would highly recommend staying at this unit. About 40 min. from MCO airport and a shorter distance to Disney. Would definitely stay there again.

Great for our needs

We stayed 6 days in June. Drove back and forth to universal and Disney. It isn’t as great as staying on property, but if you are a seasoned Disney visitor it works fine. Traffic is terrible so you need to plan around that. But we did everything we wanted and basically just slept here. And saved a ton of money vs staying on property at the resorts.

Great Getaway

I was very surprised that it was so roomy. The bedrooms were very roomy. The grandchildren had their own room. They loved it. They told us we had to knock first to their room.

Ants & Spiders

Need I say more. Made it impossible for us to have food anywhere other than the refrigerator. We left a box of donuts on the counter, it was infested with ants inside of 20 minutes.
