Carol with the management company made the check in and check out process seamless. Communication was great. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood with nice views of the bay from the front porch. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Tidebend was perfect. We were in town for a family wedding and the house comfortably accommodated my husband and I, our adult children and our grandchildren. We enjoyed some down time and the beautiful view on the extra large porch. I appreciated the hosts check-ins and updates. It made our stay so easy. Highly recommend this property!

Lovely house and location! Clean, spacious, comfortable, with a fabulous kitchen and great hang out areas.. We were 10 from 3 families in town for Thanksgiving and Tidebend was perfect for hanging out, sleeping, cooking. I really appreciate that each sleeping space was comfortable and as described - no janky windowless basement ‘bedroom’s! Atlantic Vacation Homes was informative, pleasant and prompt as the property manager. Would absolutely rent again.
