The space was clean and tidy and had plenty of sleeping spaces on good mattresses and sheets. We had a bit of an issue getting the streaming to work in the tv but after resetting the wifi on the tv it worked like a charm. Close to so much and a very walkable.

The pricing for this rental, varies based on seasonality. Unfortunately, we booked during high season… But the unit was absolutely 100% NOT worth what we paid. I checked the pricing for Low season… And I feel a reasonable price would be closer to that.I was extremely concerned (upon checking in my first night) of the safety of the property and neighborhood. After spending a few days there, I came to realize the tenants in the building, very nice… And we certainly felt safe for the remainder of our stay.We had a number of concerns during our stay, some of which were addressed, and some of which weren’t. If you are staying for a prolonged period of time, with a large group, definitely ask for more garbage bags, dishwashing, pods, and dish towels. We had asked for the shower to be re-cleaned, as there was an old growing on the grout… But this wasn’t tended to during our stay. There are also no knives in the unit, and not enough dishes for eight people. Overall, it was a large enough unit to accommodate our group, and it meant our basic needs.
