You may occasionally see us (the owners) in the backyard or encounter us in the basement, which is not a part of the rented unit, but is a space you are given access to if you require laundry facilities. We are on site a few times a week, mowing the lawn, etc. and never before 10am or after 8pm. Feel free to say hi if you see us or not if you want complete privacy.
