Welcome to the heart of Eureka Springs, Arkansas! Some call it Little Switzerland for it's small European town influence seen at every corner and around each twist and turn. Step outside and shop till you drop or stay inside to rest. Located above the most frequented shops on Spring Street in the historic district, overlooking the street, you don't have to go far to get home once you need a break, and you will. Relaxation is our specialty.
We are pros at chilling and taking it easy and chances are you deserve it. Furnished with a quality king-size bed, this well decorated bedroom will be a much appreciated treat after a day of walking down winding "turn of the century" sidewalks or hiking our great trails. A full bathroom and kitchen packed with all the comforts of home. Find secret stashes, our way of making you feel spoiled and investing in your early return to the "Nest".
Hang out in the living room and watch a large flat screen tv with Netflix to binge on all the movies you want and an Xbox, complete with games!
Cook a nice meal together in the fully equipped kitchen, or cozy up in bed for a long night of snuggling! You will also enjoy the fun of endless free plays on an arcade game with 12 different games, right in the studio! The big comfy sofa provides extra sleeping space for one person. (Please no children, pets or smoking allowed at any time in the rooms)

We do not charge a security/damage deposit so that costs can be kept lower for you! If you damage or break anything during your stay, please be honest and let me know so that we can work out a minimal fee for me to be able to replace it for the next guests!

Great Vacation!!

The Night Owl has become our mainstay when we go to Eureka Springs! The owners are amazing, friendly, and very accessible. This apartment overlooks the heart of downtown, and made our access quick and easy as we navigated between shopping, eating, and walking around.

The room was awesome but need to get some black out curtains to cut down on the streetlights intrusion. But we loved the location to all the events of the folk festival week end.

Great Location

We had such a great time in Eureka Springs and this property is just perfect for all you will need to see and do while you’re here. The location is great, really couldn’t be better. It is very centrally located and made walking to everything in downtown Eureka Springs super convenient. The bed is comfortable and the decor is really nice. You can definitely tell the owners have put time and energy into making this space fun, comfy and convenient. It seems that they really have thought of everything to make their guests stay complete. Thank you for a great visit!

This place is exactly what we needed. Eureka Gras got us there but the place made it perfect. Huge room and perfect location to watch from the room or just outside. Its location is right in the middle so easy walk to everything. Guy at the T Rex store was so great and knowledgeable.

We loved our stay in Night Owl A. The apartment is beautiful and the location is prime. Check in and out we’re both simple. We enjoyed Netflix in our downtime. The only drawback was the road noise which did not bother me but could bother a light sleeper. The parades also come right by the window so at that time it’s kinda nice to be able to hear everything on the street.

great newer remodel property in historic downtown on top of the owners vintage toy store problem free clean rental. great communication decorated with eccentric art and toys from the past. Be prepared to park a little ways away but worth it

Clean and perfect location

We LOVED our stay here! Very clean, comfortable, and right in the middle of town! I even had a small injury while cooking and they brought me a first aid kit. Very friendly! We cant say enough good things about this place and can’t wait to stay again! They had all the cooking supplies you would need, however I would bring extra trash bags and some paper towels.

The studio apartment was updated. The retro and eclectic decor made for a fun hang-out in between walks around town. Would recommend this to anyone who wants a nice, affordable, and convenient place to stay!
