We enjoyed our time staying at the property. The mattress was more firm than we're used to and we found we were stiff in the mornings BUT that doesn't impact the overall quality of the accommodation. It's a very very nice little place
Charming Studio Steps from Downtown Eureka Springs
We recently stayed at this delightful studio apartment, and couldn’t have been more pleased. The location was perfect—just a short walk to downtown shops, restaurants, and attractions, yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat. The studio itself was clean, cozy, and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable bed, and a functional kitchenette. The host was attentive and responsive, ensuring our stay was seamless from check-in to check-out. We highly recommend this studio for anyone looking to experience the charm of Eureka Springs with the convenience of being close to all the action.
Cute little place in a great location. Comfortable king bed. Good WiFi. Sink and mini-fridge in addition to good-sized bathroom. Nice little gated area for patio and to keep a dog in if needed.
Would definitely stay again.
We have been to Eureka Springs many times and really enjoy being able to stay downtown so we can walk to shop, eat, and meet all kinds of people. This cottage is perfect for that if you are looking for a small place with parking (always a plus!). First time booking this property but will definitely do it again. Aspen is a great host!
This property was perfect for a quick 2 night getaway over the holidays. Excellent location, charming decor in a quaint studio floor plan. The neighborhood was lovely to walk in and see the beautiful houses decorated with Christmas decorations. We will definitely be back!
The studio is in a great location, just off the town center and a block away from one of the best restaurants in town. The room is decorated beautifully. The kitchenette is more of a wet bar with a mini fridge and microwave, but it was perfect for a weekend stay. The mini fridge had a decently sized freezer which accommodates a bag of ice. The bathroom is spacious and well lit. Would definitely stay again.
This place, located in the center of town was perfect for our trip to Eureka Springs. Comfortable beds, lots of towels and nice decor contributed to our stay. A few caveats, it’s close to a bar, which you can hear late at night and because of the humidity, it had a slight mildewy smell. Aspen, the owner was easy to reach and was helpful.
Nothing but praise for this rental. The Studio is about the size of a hotel room but with a shockingly large/well stocked bathroom. Very centrally located- great walkability to many restaurants/shops/historic sites. Have stayed at The Crescent in the past and was grateful to have a spot in the middle of the hill so we could easily drop off purchases and take a breather in the AC or on the adorable deck before hiking back out in the heat:) The bar next door (Chelsea's) has a fun atmosphere and delicious pizza. Did not try the food truck in adjoining public parking lot but the people watching was great all day and after dark! Extra super plus to have a lot for 66 Center guests. I look forward to booking the Carriage House next time just to check that out, or the Main House if it's a double (or triple!) date. Aspen was very responsive and everything made sense.
The property was clean, well maintained, and it was easy to get in touch with property manager. I will say we were under the impression that we would have the entire building, and I was aware it was small. It turns out, the other half of the building is a business. It was fine because they were there during the day as we were gone during the day. My main complaint in the noisiness, which I know cannot be controlled. The parking to the construction side of the building is a paid lot, so at night time we could almost always hear something going on. Wednesday and Thursday night weren't bad at all, but it did not quiet down until around 1 am Friday night.
Cute efficiency in a great location. And, very important in Eureka Springs, your own parking spot. Very convenient to downtown shops, dining, and entertainment. Right across the street from Chelsea's. King-sized bed was comfortable, everything worked.
Excellent location close to downtown shops. Assigned parking was steps away from the front door. I loved it!

I would love to rate this higher, but in good conscience I can’t. The property was extremely filthy. There was mold in the shower, dog hair from a previous tenant all over, broken slivers of glass in the floor and I could go on. As for the location of this property, it is located in a perfect spot to walk to just about anything you want to see in Eureka Springs. The host, Aspen seems very concerned about what I told her and feel she will make sure there are changes to the cleanliness of the property…I give her 5 stars for her concern and hope she get things fixed up. If it had been clean; I would have left a much better review.
Stayed in Studio #2, the room was great, the bed was super comfortable, bathroom was large, everything was super clean, the grounds are beautiful and everything is definitely walking distance and you will love that and having on site parking. Parking everywhere else charges you and is difficult to find. Very pet friendly but clean up their mess!! So many things to do and beautiful scenery. We would absolutely stay again.
This was the perfect spot for my husband and I to have a kid free weekend together. The room was nice with cold AC and all amenities needed for a few days. The location was perfect for walking to downtown and seeing local entertainment. We will return again soon.

The photos are a bit out of date - there is a parking lot now where the dirt area is on the property. I was expecting more areas to spend time in. There are also two Studios now. I wasn’t aware I’d be sharing a wall with someone. But besides that, the stay was good! Secluded but right next to everything downtown, and the bed is comfortable. It’s soft but not enough to make your back hurt in the morning. One thing to note - if there are two of you, there will be cover hogging because it has a queen quilt on a king bed.
The place is in a great location. It is neat and clean. It would be perfect if not for a food truck on the adjacent parking lot that blasted music until 3:00 am.
Wonderful stop, literally a short walk to every store and gorgeous scenery. Having parking for our stay was very accommodating. 10/10 recommend, hoping to come back and stay in the main house with family soon!
