We had a fantastic long weekend getaway at this charming cottage by the lake in Prince Edward County. The cottage was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Its lakeside location provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, perfect for unwinding, yet it was conveniently just a few minutes' drive from downtown Picton, where we could easily find restaurants and shops, and also a short drive from wineries. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, and made my birthday weekend extra special.

Thank you so much Jessie! We hope that we can host you again!
Our Labour day long weekend here was lovely. Very welcoming cottage and easy to get to. Great amenities nearby as well for all the things you might need last minute like water for drinking. Judy was a sublime host and made our stay here splendid. Nice get together with old friends that was so special and wonderful to feel at peace by the water.

Hi Kristen, Many Thanks for the wonderful review. We are delighted that our cottage met your expectations. Hopefully you will return another time. Judy
The cottage was very nice. Everything was clean (a bit buggy in the cottage), but still comfortable. They do have bug catchers, and it is surrounded by nature so the bugs are to be expected. It wasn’t as private as I thought it would be, there were two cottages right next to us and we shared a dock. So it was a bit trafficky that way. If you are looking for a more isolated experience this cottage is not for you.DT and wineries were pretty close 20-40min, so that was nice.
Great Judy was excellent .We would love yo stay a week in june
do you have any weeks in june available ?

Hi Mike, Thank you for the wonderful review, greatly appreciated!
I have one week open in June, June 18 to the 25, in the middle cottage # 78 C.
Hopefully that will work for you. Cheers!
My family and I just spent a week at cottage B of By the Bay Cottages and we loved it! The owners, Judy and Jim, were incredibly friendly and made themselves available if we needed anything during our stay. The cottage was very clean, well-stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, comfortable and cozy. The waterfront location is beautiful! My kids loved playing on the property with either the basketball hoop, swing set, in the sand, or just in and around the trees. They especially loved being able to swim right from the dock. The cottages are located perfectly in Prince Edward County, with anything we needed just a short drive away. We would recommend this place to anyone and hope to come back again in the future.
