Welcome to By-the-Bay Cottages!

We are located in the beautiful, historic, pastoral, serene setting of Black River, South Marysburgh, Prince Edward County, approximately 14 km SE of Picton.

Drive down Morrison Point Road past historic farms, grazing sheep, horses and goats, 200 year old stone walls, the amazing Vicki's Veggies, honey and egg stands to reach 78 Wilolea Lane.

Our cottages face directly east on to Smith's Bay, just in off Lake Ontario

You will experience beautiful sunrises, glistening blue waters, be entertained daily by swans, ducks and an array of other birds and wildlife and relax nightly under dark, starry skies by your private campfire.

We offer 3 large, clean, open concept cottages, ALL facing directly on the waterfront, privacy between each cottage, mature trees and cedar hedges, updated furnishings, living, dining and kitchen areas. Perfect setting to rent your own cottage, or arrange a family reunion and rent all 3.

This housekeeping cottage, " Waupoos View" has 3 good size bedrooms, ( 1 Queen, 1 double and 2 singles), all with pillows, pillow covers, lightweight comforters. "You supply your own sheets and towels!"

Fully equipped kitchen ...including refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, coffee filters, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, garbage bags and dish soap

Ceiling fan, extra table fan in master bedroom. No A/C, just lovely lake breezes
Colour TV, for local channels only, with DVD Player, Radio with CD player
Large deck attached to front of each cottage, facing waterfront, with patio table and chairs

Private campfire area for each cottage overlooking waterfront. We do not supply firewood

2 parking spaces per cottage

PETS welcome. Maximum 2, $10.00 per day, per pet. Please bring pet dishes, blankets, beds. Pets are not allowed on furniture and owners must clean up after their pets. Dogs must be unleash outside.

This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy.

A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in.
A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in.

Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, maximum 6 per cottage, (No exceptions), No smoking inside, no parties or events . Quiet Time 10 PM.

No Fireworks, No Camping, Tents or Trailers Allowed.
