Come and see the best new resort on PCB. Once you step into the condo, you'll find a very spacious floor plan coupled with a beautiful view of the pool deck followed by the Gulf of American, Mexico, the ocean, or whatever you want to call it; note the locals just call it the Gulf. The condo is equipped with most everything a guest would need.

The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator and freezer and is fully stocked with the essentials to prepare a meal in the condo. The modern kitchen makes it easy to whip up drinks or meals at any time of the day — whether you can only make a hot cup of coffee in the morning or you are a 5-star chef who can make three-egg omelets, you will enjoy using this spacious and state-of-the-art kitchen. As you make food for all of your guests, they can chill out and relax on one of the high bar stools. Converse with your friends while you whip up a nice meal or serve appetizers on the high granite countertop while you discuss your vacation plans.

There is a king bed in the master bedroom with private bath and gulf view. The bunk room in the front of the condo has a closet, a set of twin/twin bunks, a private bath, and washer/dryer. The living area has a large flat screen TV, a queen size sleeper, and gulf view. We love the wooden cabinets and interior decor that makes the hang-out area feel cozy, comfortable, and relaxing. Plus, when you gaze out the window, you are looking directly at the enticing blue water and bright white sand beaches! The condo has a tile floor throughout, no dirty smelly carpet...

We make it easy for you to enjoy a nice “staycation” — with our property still in prime location to explore the nearby area. Sit down at the dining room table for two and enjoy a romantic evening with your partner, a nice meal by yourself, or a snack with your child.

The Shores of Panama also has children activities during the busy season and the water park is just a mile away. If you are tired of sitting inside, or your kids are getting restless, this escape is perfect for a hot summer day! You can relax on a lounge chair while your kids whiz down the water slides and meet other kids with their families on holiday.

Shores of Panama is in the heart of PCB with a Wal-Mart across the street and shopping at Pier Park just a few miles away. After all, you didn't come to Panama City Beach to just sit in the house all day! Even though the condominium is modern, luxurious, and spacious, it is also in a perfect location — meaning you can walk to the beach, head out your front door to go shopping, and check out the local restaurant scene!

We recommend heading to the Decor by the Shore to view some boutique shops, browse designer stores, and find some souvenirs to bring back home to the cold Northeastern United States. If you want to find something specific to PCB and the beautiful beach, The Beach House Market has trinkets that will always remind you of your perfect vacation. Another great stop is the Coastal Cottage Emporium, boasting nautical-themed souvenirs and presents that are ideal for gifts.

Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older.

Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.

*ANY booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require CC and matching ID on file - no exceptions. The reservation will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment.

Amenities are not included (wristbands and parking permit). Guest pays the concierge in the lobby a one time fee of $85 for registration packet.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.
