Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located home in Saugatuck, located directly across the street from the bike path, 1 block away from the Ivy House (wedding/event venue), and one door down from Penny Royale Cafe.
Well equipped with hot tub, private fenced yard, gas fire pit, plenty of parking and recently renovated top to bottom. The home also has a recreation/game room with ping pong/pool table, seating area, and table for cards or games. This location is perfect for riding to the beach or downtown to enjoy restaurants, shops, and all the Saugatuck/Douglas area has to offer. Including a shuttle that will take you around town from the home for a $1 per person.

From Macomb county MI. and fell in love with Saugatuck at first sight. I have been hosting a short term rental on torch lake for 8 years, and going on the second year at Saugatuck. Enjoy eating, cooking, cats, travel and live music.

Why they chose this property

Absolutely LOVE the vibe of the Saugatuck/Douglas area! I was immediately drawn in by the downtown with waterfront restaurants, live music, shops, and Oval Beach! This home is also conveniently located right across the street from the bike trail, next door to Pennyroyal Cafe/Restaurant, and a block from the Ivy House, a popular event/wedding venue. You can ride your bike to the beach or downtown. Loved the private backyard with hot tub, space for yard games, and area for pets to roam. Just recently discovered there is a shuttle that will pick you up from the home for $1 and take you anywhere around town!
