We enjoyed our stay. Condo is super cute and cozy. Check in and check out was smooth. Easy access to the beach and pool. My kids enjoyed their spring break. Will keep this place in mind for future bookings.

Perfect little beach spot

We had the best little condo on the beach. It was super clean, easy to access the beach, and quick response from maintenence crew when the shower was clogged. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The beds are very hard. The condo it self needs a lot of TLC and it looks like theres mold on the ceiling. Paint from the ceiling is falling off and around the trimming. The pictures on Vrbo look a lot better than what you’re actually getting.

Our recent stay at Perdido Skye 16 Beachfront did not disappoint! This rental was absolutely AMAZING, and we will definitely be booking the same unit again.One of our favorite features was the corner location. The rental is directly in front of the stairway, which we primarily used, while also being just a few feet from the elevator. Taking the stairs down leads directly to the doors for both the pool and beach access, making everything incredibly convenient.We really enjoy paying attention to the little details when we stay somewhere, and this place had several thoughtful features that stood out. We noticed that this was the only pier with three rinse-off showers. Two are located right outside the beginning of the pier, while the third is near the end of the pier, conveniently located by the steps to the beach. There is also a shoe platform where you can leave your shoes before heading onto the sand. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available right as you reach the beach, making beach days even easier.The communication from the hosts was also excellent. As soon as we arrived, they checked in with us to make sure everything went smoothly, and they continued checking in throughout our stay. We also appreciated how proactive they were about maintenance. Whenever maintenance was scheduled, we were notified more than 24 hours in advance, giving us plenty of time to prepare. That level of communication made us feel well taken care of throughout our visit.

Good location and clean. A little old and in need of some maintenance. Curtains fell mid-stay and no one came to repair. A few instructions/procedures would be helpful

Average beach stay!

Place was convenient and beachfront which is what we wanted. Very small, toilet ran unless we opened the lid to fix. Perfect for 2 people and a little kid or 2, but not great for 3 adults. No complaints for the price though. Beach is crowded here and the high rise next door has umbrella crew that pretty much take up the entire beach by 6am..
