There are lots of restaurants, bars, convenience stores, and supermarkets within walking distance. 24/7 SECURITY SURVEILLANCE ON COMMON AREAS OF THE BUILDING. 24/7 SECURITY GUARDS. VERY SAFE GATED COMMUNITY. The cost of electricity is included in the daily rate. This is one of the very few accommodations that does not make an additional charge for electricity costs. We believe in the goodwill of our guests and encourage them to turn off the air conditioners while they are away from the property.
