The hosts were very nice people and easy to work with. The cabin was a reasonable place to stay for a good price. There were a few mice running around and a cold draft from the north door, so the furnace did run often. Overall, good place for a deer camp like we used it for.
House was clean, amenities were nice and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen setup was great with a new oven and full size refrigerator. Hosts were great, super friendly and easy to reach out to for any questions or concerns. Will gladly stay here again in the future.
Property was as described. Perfect place to stay if wanting to gaze stars at night, fish local areas and or explore/hunt the public lands in the area. Nice and clean inside.
It was quiet, and a short distance from our wedding venue! So lucky to have such a great amenity in our little town for family and friends who will be visiting in the future!
The cottage was clean and comfortable. A coffee cake was left in the kitchen and a cooked egg casserole was left in the refrigerator, both with notes saying "Enjoy." That was a very nice touch. After it snowed, the landlord came and shoveled and put down ice melt. There was a large screen tv with various videos. Although I didn't use it, it was a nice amenity. Although the cottage was out in the middle of "nowhere", it was actually conveniently located to two towns.
We stayed one night for a wedding in neighboring Humboldt. The location is remote, but not so far off the beaten path that it's hard to get out and about. We showed up to a homemade coffee cake and casserole for breakfast and a basket of snacks as well, which was unexpected and so nice! Drinks and fruit were in the fridge, too! We watched a movie and played cards that night. The size of the place was perfect for 4 adults. Nice upgrades to the bathroom, including nice linens. Everything was clean and comfortable. The AC was a much needed respite from the humidity! Debbie was responsive and helpful. She was great at anticipating little things that made a big difference! It was a nice, quiet escape from the grind. We will certainly stay again! Thank you, Debbie!
