Living room has sofa, 2 love seats and 55" Smart TV. Dining room table seats 8, plus 6 stools at kitchen island and breakfast area. This floor has a large deck with a high top bar with seating for 6+, 2 lounge chairs and has gorgeous ocean views. This level has awesome views of OC and Atlantic City. You can see the Gardens bridge and 9th Street bridges to get an idea of traffic flow into and out of the island.
The location is just over 1 block to the beach and 2 blocks to the start of the boardwalk. This location gives you the quiet atmosphere of the gardens with easy walking access to the boardwalk, restaurants , and convenience stores. Elevator holds 900 lbs and makes move in easy.
