Very nice, new unit. It’s in a very convenient location in Islamorada close to many attractions and restaurants. The host was excellent and very focused on guests having a positive experience at this location. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at this brand new home right on the water. It had two balconies with comfortable seating and a great view. The home was very clean with comfortable bedding and the kitchen well stocked. Thank you for also letting us bring our pup. The pool, exercise and game room were perfect. We loved our stay here and all the fabulous restaurants close by and will definitely plan to come back again!

This is a beautiful home and community on the water. The home looks very new from the garage to the bedrooms. The community has a dock for the boater and access just off the channel.Jake was very responsive; he provided a guide with helpful info. We stayed at this location for 6 nights for my son's wedding in the area. The great home and location made the experience very memorable.

This house is FANTASTIC! I’m always a little worried about rentals because something can look nice in pictures and then be kinda rough in real life. This home is gorgeous, SO comfortable, great location, a well stocked kitchen and comfortable, clean beds and bathrooms. The owners attention to detail is unrivaled. Communication was so easy. We can’t wait to return to this property! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Love this property for the location in Islamorada. Boat dock included was a major plus. The laundry machines are on the same level as the bedrooms which are on the top level. The a/c controls were easy to use. Loved the pool to cool off after boating or shopping all day. Our timing was off for arrival. We asked to get in at 3:00 which didn't work out. The cleaning crew didn't finish until 4pm at check in time. Not the hosts fault. Just be preyto Uber to a restaurant due to not being able to walk anywhere close in the heat in July August. We are used to the heat and knew to Uber since we couldn't empty the car yet. The property seemed new. We will stay here again due to all the positives.

Perfect accommodations! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!We travel a lot as a family (2 adults and 2 teens) and have stayed in many places. This is one we will be talking about for many years to come!!!Hosts were amazing with communication, very clear instructions and quick to respond; also sending messages to check in to make sure we didn’t need anything. Private, safe, beautiful inside and out, perfectly decorated and appointed, clean and comfortable, everything you could ever ask for in a stay! Highlights:Very comfortable bedsBoat slip with fish cleaning station and hose to clean the boatPool was warm(heated doesn’t always mean warm at rentals)House has everythingWasher and dryer brand new and work very well making laundry at the end of the day easyCleanBeautifulThank you for making this vacation so wonderful!
