This home has two bedrooms each with a queen size bed. The updated kitchen includes stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, Keurig; laundry room on main floor with washer and dryer. There are two bathrooms (one off master bedroom and one on main floor). There is a smart TV in living room. The front and side porch is nice for sitting in the evening, private driveway and small backyard with propane grill. There is Wi-Fi and phone chargers. The basement is not accessible. Wireless internet & computer desk are available for working. Small firepit and outside chairs in backyard.

This home is close to everything in Licking County. If you’re here to work, it’s quiet & perfect in evening. If you’re visiting, it’s near downtown where there’s a lot to do.
