This home has two bedrooms each with a queen size bed. The updated kitchen includes stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, Keurig; laundry room on main floor with washer and dryer. There are two bathrooms (one off master bedroom and one on main floor). There is a smart TV in living room. The front and side porch is nice for sitting in the evening, private driveway and small backyard with propane grill. There is Wi-Fi and phone chargers. The basement is not accessible. Wireless internet & computer desk are available for working. Small firepit and outside chairs in backyard.

Wonderful Retreat

Had a wonderful stay! Great location to see Dawe’s Arboretum, visit Buckeye Lake Winery and Sand Hollow Winery. We had ideal weather all weekend! We were very comfortable in your rental and would love to visit again!

Owner went above and beyond when my listing was only one day as I thought was booked for 2 Vrbo was no help but she quickly acted an adjusted to 2 nights for me. Gorgeous home will definitely return

Couldn't Have Been Better

This was the perfect place for our stay in Newark. The house was as advertised, and very well appointed. There was nothing we needed that wasn't in the house. It was very clean, and communication with the host was as easy as could be. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

This place exceeded my expectations! It was super clean and had everything we needed. To save on costs we went grocery shopping and cooked most of our meals. We was able to do all we needed to do and we were able to invite other folks over who was atteneding the same event for a visit. We had a wonderful time and all the folks who visited lived the place and said they wish they would have found it instead of their hotel rooms.

Adorable Newark House

The house was adorable and extremely clean! I loved the kitchen! The beds were very comfortable and soft, and I appreciated that there was a fan in the room. I'd certainly stay there again if I were in the area. The only drawback was the back yard; it definitely needed some work. Other than that, it was great! Thank you!

Athletic event

Attended an athletic event with another mom and it worked out well. We ate most meals at home. The only thing that would have improved my experience would have been having 2 bathrooms upstairs. There was a full bath downstairs but it was inconvenient to deal at night since the one bathroom upstairs was inside the master bedroom. Host was great and we very much enjoyed our stay.
