2nd FLOOR! Phoenix II - Two Bedroom Condo on the BEACH!

Fun decor, freshly painted unit in October,2023. Bright and fun unit sleeps 6 total New sleeper sofa in October, 2023 with memory foam mattress. King bed in master bedroom, twin beds in second bedroom. Walk-in shower in the master bathroom and tub shower combo in hall bath, great for the little ones.

Tile floors throughout the unit, area rugs placed for comfort. High quality patio furniture including a table with four chairs and lounger. View of gorgeous beach with views of sunrises and sunsets. Come to breath in the ocean breeze and relax on the beach or the pool.

*Please note: Phoenix II is a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. For more information, see Brett/Robinson’s Terms & Conditions.*

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

I feel like the room could have been cleaner. The shower where you put your shampoo ect had water in it. Gross! The floor was dirty my daughter’s feet were black on bottom. But overall was a decent place to stay and convient for the beach.

The he coco was as advertised. It was on the beach, in a nice building and was very clean. I would definitely stay there with this property manager again

Perfect location.

Everything was exactly as described. Loved being able to walk to beach at ease. The negative was the view was not as great since it’s on the 2nd floor. Pool was a bit crowded at times but as expected. Beds were decent, could use an upgrade. Also, couldn’t figure out how to turn living room ceiling fan on, probably user error. Our family would definitely stay again!

Orange beach

Very nice apartment well maintained. Beautiful view of gulf. Everything was wonderful . The only thing disappointing was the sleeper sofa mattress, I think it has lived a full life as you can feel every spring it has. But this was not a deal breaker as we would stay there again.

Everything was great, with the exception of not being able to enjoy the balcony all the time due to someone around us was smoking. We complained to the desk in the next building 2 times, ( we did not have a person working our desk),but it continued all week. I am highly sensitive to the smoke. It ruined the beautiful view and weather. The building and balconies were advertised as non smoking.

Best Response Ever

The condo was superb! Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly and with genuine care. Unfortunately, during our stay I became very sick. I will just say it was embarrassing and humiliating for me to have to report that the bed sheets were completely destroyed. The staff made me feel completely at ease and told me not to apologize for something that was not my fault. Thank you SO much for your kindness. It helped ease a an embarrassing situation!

Check-in was great. The view of the beach was great. Upon arrival, we had to clean the condo due to poor cleaning by staff. During our first night, the dishwasher leaked. When maintenance came the next day, they informed us we would not be able to use it due to gaskets needing to be replaced. This was an inconvenience for our group of 7. Also, the dryer required 3-4 hours to dry a small load. Maintenance came and vacuumed out the vent. This helped slightly, decreasing to 2-3 hours for a small load. Again, this was an inconvenience with the number of guests/loads we needed to wash for a beach vacation.

We had an amazing time during our stay. We had a small issue in the unit at check in and it was addressed quickly by maintenance. The bathroom could use a deep cleaning, but overall everything in the unit was very clean. The listing and pictures are very accurate. We loved having access to all of the buildings amenities. The views were beautiful! The host was responsive and courteous. We will definitely stay in the Phoenix complex again when returning to Orange beach.
