The property was not delivered in a habitable or sanitary condition, with clogged drains, dirty utensils, hair in the showers, and slime coming from a main bathroom drain. We notified the host immediately, but they refused to remediate the issues unless all guests vacated the home and later denied any refund despite the conditions. We were forced to escalate through VRBO and pursue legal action after the host retracted an agreed-upon refund, citing their own plumbing costs. This reflects a clear failure to provide the property as advertised and a lack of good-faith resolution.

This listing was not as described. The cleanliness let something to be desired. There was full mailbox and Amazon package on the porch. Also the air would not go on and had a lock box and the only way to communicate with host was through text on VRBO and took until evening to respond. There was lack of a comfort of supplies. The kitchen and bathrooms had a lot to be desired. No bath mats. The frying pan was melted and there wasn’t enough dishes. They need to go through and replace some of the kitchen basics. We only cooked brunch and it was a task. The part I was most disappointed in was the back yard. Weeds overgrown. Trash and boxes on side yard. No decent patio furniture or lounging areas and cigarette butts on ground. We couldn’t enjoy the outside area. Even found old hot dog that looked like a jerky stuck under the couchNeeds a good deep clean!! As an owner of a rental myself, I was disappointed to say the least.
