Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Do not leave kitchen trash in green bins. Take to Refuse Center on Maple Ridge Drive and discard on way out of community.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

What a great find. The host - Peter- is a great guy who answers immediately. Went out of his way to make us comfortable. Pool- indoor and outdoor - were fabulous. Hot tub was also great. Gated community was a plus and everyone was so friendly. In the woods, no AC needed and the fire pit was awesome as well.

Home office with high-speed wifi, executive desk, and external computer monitor. Excellent performance in MS Teams, Zoom, and mobile phone coverage.
