The House of Rio is a project of the architects Ana Paula Calbucci and Carlos Warchavchik, published in several magazines of architecture. The house, which is 70 meters in front of the sea, is inserted in the Atlantic Forest and is also bordered by the river that flows into the beach. It offers 3 comfortable rooms. A TV and music room, a large Living Room with games table and fireplace, integrated to the kitchen and Dining room, with table for 10 people. In addition, two large terraces: one of living, with sofa, armchairs, facing the sea, and the other, with table for 16 people, also facing the sea, with barbecue, stove and wood oven. All this with exclusive furniture from designer Hugo France.

The kitchen of the Casa do Rio is American type, with a wooden balcony also of Hugo França, interconnecting the rooms. Offers pantry, 2 refrigerators with large freezers, dishwasher, plus toaster, sandwich maker, blender, microwave and 5 burner industrial stove. There are full crockery for up to 16 people. The service area of ​​the Casa offers washing and drying machines which must be handled preferably by the house staff, as well as a support refrigerator.

The voltage of Casa do Rio is 110v and there is DVD, stereo and wi-fi. There is garage for up to 6 cars: 1 indoor and 5 outdoor.

Room description: Casa do Rio offers 4 suites that comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. Three of these suites are on the ground floor and the whole, the house offers 8 beds.
The upper floor is exclusive to the master suite which offers queen bed, terrace with sea view and bathroom with jacuzzi, also with sea view.
On the lower floor, all suites are oceanfront, being a double suite with queen bed and 2 identical suites with 2 single beds and a bunk bed in each.
All suites have walk-in closets and ceiling fans.
There is shower and bidet in all bathrooms. In the master suite there are 2 tubs.
The heating is done by gas and electric boiler, individual in the main suite and an overall for the three suites on the lower floor.

Services: Casa do Rio offers the services of a home cook who is a great cook, specializing in caiçara cuisine, excellent in handling the stove and the wood oven. It works from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and charges the value of $ 180 per day worked. From 6 guests will need to hire an extra employee for $ 140 per day worked. (approximated values)
Check in must be done until 5pm. Arrivals after 5 pm must be defined in the reservation. The employee can wait for late arrivals. Check-in times after the agreed-upon must be made the morning of the other day, from 8:30.
Overtime must be combined and paid separately, as well as the daily amount that must also be paid directly to employees.
There is a staff room with single bed and bathroom. There is beach service included.
