Relax Reflect and Enjoy

We stayed here from Tuesday to Saturday and had a wonderful time. The condo was very nicely decorated, comfortable, clean, and convenient. We will definitely be back next year.

Beautiful ocean front view from the sixth floor balcony. Loved the beach decor.

Clean, well managed property. Friendly staff. The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars was due to the extensive exterior renovation project. We didn’t know the pool would be closed prior to booking. It wasn’t a huge deal as we had access to the pool next door and preferred to play in the waves anyway. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Many happy memories made.

Very dissatisfied.

Location was great. Walk to the beach was not bad. Booked this room only to come in and my room, without notification, be switched to a completely different room with no balcony and less beds. Went to the front to complain, they switched us to a different room in Phoenix vii, a completely different building. Got there, the room was decorated poorly, the couch was broken, the dryer in the unit took 3.5 hrs to dry a small load of clothes, the dishes that were put up in the unit had a weird smell and looked dirty, and not to mention nearly $350 was added to our stay of cleaning fees. One of the chairs on the balcony was also broken. When I go on a beach vacation I expect to be getting the room that I booked, but also expect a good beach atmosphere in the room...not black and red outdated decor with broken furniture. The gym was also pathetic. Two treadmills, two elliptical, outdated machines, with two 5lb and two 10lb weights. Last complaint, people were in the pool being loud until 12 am one night... which kept my child awake. Would highly NOT recommend booking through this company.
