Great Location and Price!

Super clean, great location. Check in process is touch-less so it was extremely easy to get to the condo. Right on the beach and next to some great restaurants. Will definitely be back! Can’t beat the price for the location. We had 3 adults and 3 teens and it fit us all just fine. The balcony facing the beach was our favorite part!

Stay was short but sweet

PAS had everything needed. I could only stay 2 nights but it was great. It was the week before spring break crowds arrived, no problems with noise, parking or wifi. (I had to work a few hours, wifi speed and "office" view were both grand.) Elevators were slow as noted but the low floor made the stairs convenient. Only quibble is 2nd floor 4th floor because of 2-story parking garage. No issues for me but could be in peak times or with kids.

Office staff and Maintenance issues

The room was beautiful and clean the view was amazing however it was not noted on the site that they were having maintenance done so the pool was closed everyday we were there except on the last day. Then the lady that checked us in was very rude and when we asked for a extra hour to check out the lady at the main office was very helpful and gave it to us but did not relay the message to the condo office so we had to wait over 30 minutes just to get back I. Our room to get our things just to go home.

Air conditioning issues

Room was nice and clean in a very good location, but we were very disappointed that the air conditioner wasn’t working and the contractor that was sent out to repair it was in our room until 1:00 a.m. We were all so tired and the problem could’ve been fixed in about 45 minutes, but for some reason he drug it out.

Calves are burnin!

Don’t let the exterior fool you, as it is a little run down on the outside. The room itself was tidy and had everything that we needed for long weekend. If it had been any longer than that, we would have been uncomfortable. The room is actually on the hallway, so the window faces the hallway other guests walk down but did not present an issue and we did not hear much outside of our room. The balcony overlooks the water which is fantastic and our favorite part of the room. The staff is also fantastic and super friendly. They accommodated our late check in and thank goodness got us on a lower floor (as requested), Now to the not so great: The elevators were awful. Even before 1 of the 2 elevators broke, it took over 10 minutes to get an elevator so we opted for climbing the stairs vs. Waiting for an elevator. On our last day, after waiting for quite some time we ended up laughing all of bags down the stairs instead of continuing the wait- who needs a workout class? Again, fine for a weekend but I will probably opt to stay somewhere else on my next trip down. NOTE: wifi is tough... I would not say it works well or consistently.

A Relaxing Vacation
