We had a great stay at this property right across from Benton Park Café in St. Louis. The house was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything we needed.The location was excellent, Benton Park is a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with historic charm, and being steps from the café made mornings easy and enjoyable.The host was fantastic as well! Very responsive, clear, and easy to communicate with, which made check-in and our entire stay smooth and stress-free.We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

The house looks just like the photos. Absolutely gorgeous! The neighborhood is so lovely, quiet and picturesque. We walked to dinner and there are so many delicious places to eat, we wish we had longer to check them all out. Jill was the best host! She responded quickly to every question we had, gave great recommendations and was very accommodating. We would love to stay again.

Beautiful place! Only recommendation is to include a renter's coffee-table binder for property details (trash dumpsters, wifi codes, etc.), and "things to see / restaurant ideas". Jill was great to work with!

Jill was a great host. She responded quickly to our texts and calls and was familiar with the house and the area. She even recommended nearby places to eat and imbibe.We were in town from the east coast for 6 days for a wedding, and the location worked well for us. There are lots of restaurants and shopping options within a few blocks, several within walking or jogging distance. We prepared a couple meals in the kitchen and hosted 8-10 people (note: the pans have detached handles, in the drawer above). It was nice to have a clean, comfortable gathering place more substantial than a hotel room. The house is just outside of Soulard, in sight of the Anheuser Busch brewery, only a few blocks west of I55 (via Arsenal Street), allowing us to access the major highways in a few seconds. If we drove west about five blocks we could access Gravois or Jefferson.I was worried about on-street parking, but we never had a problem parking within 30' of the door.We received instructions from VRBO as the check-in time came near, but in our message we only found check-out instructions, not check-in. We contacted the provided number and got a call from Jill minutes later with instructions and a code. The process for checking in and checking out was very simple.For our next big visit, we will be looking at this place first.

What makes this property unique

You can’t beat the location. It’s in the heart of everything. As a matter of fact, when a parade starts in Benton Park - the meeting place is usually right outside my front door.

You can walk across the street and ask Nikki or Tasha for a coffee. You can go next door for a cocktail and dance. Or, you can walk a little further for the best filet mignon you’ve ever had.

Even more, my design is from my heart. I styled this home with my dreams in mind - every photo, mirror, and TV - carefully selected when I lived here myself.

For fitness enthusiasts, we have an entire smart gym - every single smart machine you could imagine - in the basement for your health.

This used to be my home, and I invite you to stay and enjoy yourself as much as I did. You will not want to leave.
