Terrific 1 Bedroom 1.5 Bathroom vacation rental with tasteful décor and furnishings located in Phoenix All Suites Hotel.

One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Location is key with this property. Walking distance to the Hangout and Pink Pony Pub is right below. We enjoyed the walks from this property. For this price, you can’t beat it. Rooms are a little small, but great location and view. We communicated with the front desk and they were very attentive to our needs. We will definitely book again soon!

This room was as advertised. Some negatives, slow elevator, couch and chair in den area were worn and dingy, one side of the bed didn’t have a bedside table. A good and reasonable priced place for a long weekend getaway.

Great location!

We had a Great vacation! Our condo was so nice and clean!!! We were facing the beach ! The condo came fully equipped kitchen, bath towels. We will definitely book again.

Weekend Getaway

Location was perfect! You can walk right to the beach then walk down the street for lunch or dinner. Property was clean. Check in/out was simple. Only downside was the main bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. Overall-would stay again!

Everything was good except the elevator. The elevator was a pain on how long it took. Most of the time I was faster to take the stairs and we were on the 7th floor

Just fine for family.

The property provides everything a family or couple needs for a pleasant vacation. The staff has been super kind and polite. All requests we made during our vacation were fulfilled completely. Everything we needed from shopping for souvenirs and apparel, to food and fun was within a few blocks. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Good stay

Never been to gulf shores before so I wanted to stay on the beach. It was the perfect location. Its an old building but our unit was clean and air conditioning worked. View was amazing pool was small. I would say if you are a pool person this is not a good fit for you. We walked to several places for dinner. Overall amazing stay.
