Wonderful condo in an excellent location

The condo was lovely, clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. The views were excellent - we enjoyed sitting on the balcony or in the living room watching the container ships pass. The location was on the quiet side of the island which was perfect for us and only a short drive to restaurants, a great coffee shop, and the lighthouse.

The place was amazing, very clean, great view!!!! Quick and easy access to the beach one with steps one with ramp. Tons of dolphins! Not a busy beach so great for kids. Will go again

Beautiful Stay

Perfect place on Tybee Island. The beach felt private and not busy at all, which was nice compared to the beach where the Pavilion is. The condo was the perfect size for two of us, we each had our own bathrooms, which both were beautiful. Easy to get to everything! We would definitely stay here again and have recommended this place to our friends :)

Great location with Amazing Ocean Views

We had a great time in this beach condo. Plenty of space for our family of 5. The views from the balcony were amazing, loved seeing the many dolphins swimming by. The location is quiet, and perfect for families. We wished there had been beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella considering this is a beach front property.

Property was just as listed/pictured. Check-in/out process was super easy. Location of room was perfect for views of sun sets & LOTS of dolphins. Coveninent/short distance to beach & pool. Clean! Nice quiet little property on the North side. Perfect for our family getaway.

Very Relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had, which really wasn’t a problem was that the kitchen trash can looked like it had a melted chocolate popsicle in it on top of a fold trash bag. Other than that the place was very clean with a wonderful view.

Everything was wonderful. The villa was beautifully done, the pools always clean and the view was amazing. The only thing that i found lacking was the first aid kit. We had a run in with an under water clam bed and got some cuts i my sons and husbands feet and the first aid kit didnt hv alcohol wipes or bandages and what it did have was dried up and old. But that was all i went to the store and got what we needed. Everything else was wonderful thank you.

The complex appeared to be a little older, but the amenities are great. It was so easy to get to the beach. With an unobstructed view of the beach and water from the balcony! We were fascinated by the tide coming in. See the attached pictures. When the tide was out, we had a great area for sitting on the beach. As it comes in, there was knee deep of water where we were sitting. Inside the condo, everything was well maintained and felt updated. It even appeared some of the appliances and furnishings were new. The refrigerator was the perfect size and would have easily held a week’s worth of groceries if we had been staying that long. Plenty of towels were provided. Extra blankets were in the closets. The king bed was so comfortable. The elevator was down at the time of our stay which meant climbing to the 3rd floor with luggage, groceries, etc. uggh, I should have packed lighterThe front gate wasn’t working at the time of our stay. This is why the 4 stars on the check in process. The check in packet contained printed papers of the information found on the TVR app, parking pass and gate keys. Questioned why we needed the gate keys, but maybe for just in case, it was repaired during our stay. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful!

The property is tastefully decorated, comfortable, and clean. The views are gorgeous. Love the furniture on the balcony where we spent tons of time watching the dolphins and the ships. The reclining couch is so nice and comfortable. The entire complex is very well kept with easy access to the beach and pool. We've stayed at many beach-front condos over the years and this is one of the nicest. Very quiet end of the island. Family-friendly. Short walk to Huck-a-Poos Pizza, cute local shops, and Tybean coffee. I would highly recommend it if you plan to visit Tybee. I left 4 stars for the cleanliness only because I think they forgot to vacuum/mop the floors. There was a thin layer of sand on the entire floor. We vacuumed it up, but there was no mop in the unit. Other than that, the unit was spotless.

Non working AC!

First check in was a little frustrating as when we got there nobody there but there was a note that others were to go down road so we did thinking someone could help us there but no so we went back and others were also waiting. Event someone came. Then it was fine until AC did not work, we called and they said we'll you have the door open but we needed to it was so hot inside. They looked interesting to say the least! but they left came back and said it was froze up. They needed to call someone else. They told us to leave the door open if it didnt work and we got so bit up by no seeuns and still suffered for a week. We do have pics of us filled with bites. That was interesting to say the least. He said he would try and came back later and said it was froze again. He was not sure what to do. Said he would be back later. Never showed up. It was 80 inside. A couple sleepless nights and lots of itching! It ruined the last couple days of vac. Now nobody from Tybee vac will call us back. We have made several calls! We feel we do deserve some comp for this! We are not complainers but this is crazy. The place was beautiful and I cleaned it up very nice other than patio window prior to us leaving. We never had an issue with VBRO or other rentals before. We would have recommended it prior to the AC but not now with their response to making this right! Thanks for asking , we sure hope something can be done regarding this!

our thoughts

(1)not your fault---but no big waves (like being at our lake lot) (2)tile floor throughout caused pain to my wife, who has leg problems (3) both showers only 1 partition door and water flowed onto floor (4) toilets too short (5) had elevator to 3rd floor, but no cart to carry our stuff to our room.

Great vacation

The weather was beautiful the entire week! The location of the property is perfect and the water view is fantastic! Down side was there was sand on the entry table and floor from previous renter, the awning shown in advertisement was missing (we had 1 person in group that has skin issues and not able to be in the sun), and not enough washcloths for a full week stay.
