Enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, beautifully decorated, and renovated studio condo. This condo is located in front of the canal on the harbor in Destin with the beach across the street. The Destin water taxi can pick you and take to all the amenities of Harborwalk and many other waterfront restaurants like Dewey Destins, A.J.'s, Louisiana Lagniappe, and Boshamps to name a few! During the summer and other peak times, you can enjoy the fireworks from the balcony! The white sandy beach and crystal clear water is a short walk down the street. This location allows you to be close to all the boating activities including Crab Island, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, etc... O'steen Public Beach Access is 0.2 miles walk or drive away and Norreigo Point is 0.5 walk or drive away. Both public beach access points have parking available, too.

The condo is furnished with a pillow top queen-sized bed with additional storage drawers underneath. There is also a loveseat sleeper sofa that folds out into a twin-sized bed with a memory foam mattress. For additional guests, we do have a queen sized air mattress for you to use for your convenience. There is a 42" 4K Smart TV that is connected to Cox Cable services.

The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with a full size oven & stovetop and microwave. There is a full set of pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, and eating utensils. The kitchen is also furnished with a coffee maker and a toaster. There is a two seat bar table for dining.

The bathroom has a full sized bath tub and shower combo with a rainhead shower head. There is also a large one sink vanity with cabinets and drawers for storage. There is a hair dryer for your convenience.

Guests can enjoy a day of fun and relaxing at the white sandy beaches and/or do water activities in the area and after watch the sunset. This location has the best sunset in Destin!

Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions at Crab Island, Harborwalk, Big Kahuna Water Park, Southern Star Dolphin Cruise, Wild Willy's Adventure Zone, and various fishing charters or boating cruises.

Great first trip to Destin

Everything was perfect! The condo was so cute and homey. Just a short walk to the beach and close to many great restaurants. If we come back to the area, this place would be our first choice!

The best thing about the place is that the host is nice and responsive. Everything else leaves something to be desired. The upstairs neighbor is very loud, the room lets lots of light in. The pans for cooking were scratched to high heaven. We had to scramble to find another place because it was not at all what we had in mind. It had the feel of a cheap motel to us. I could barely sleep at all in this place. The tv had lines and I could go on and on.

Bed bugs and roaches, had to leave soon after getting there, mind you we planned this vacation ONE YEAR in advance and drove 10hrs …Ruined our vacation…host was professional but should not be renting out properties that are unsanitary and unsafe…now we are dealing with the horrible aftermath of making sure we do not get them here in our home!

The condo was very clean and located in a nice part of Destin. Restaurants, walmart and the Harbor is close and easy to get to. The closest beach is about a 6 minute walk but we didn't care much for it so we chose to walk to the beach that was 0.5 miles away and it was very nice. There are beach chairs and a wagon in condo to use if needed, we took are own so didn't need them. The description of property states that water is across the street which it is but you can't see it due to houses being on each side of the property. It also has washer/dryer listed as an amenity but its NOT in unit. I messaged the owner through vrbo app twice to ask where it was and didn' get a reply so i just happened to open a door outside on the way to parking lot and found washer n dryer which you could use for a fee. Another amenity listed is that towels are provided which they are but only five! There was three of us and we stayed 6 days and had to go buy towels,wash clothes and toilet paper because there was only 1 roll for a week! If you like a firm mattress you might sleep ok the mattress is hard and the pull out sofa bed doesn't have much of a pad to sleep on. If flying double check what airport you are flying in to. The description of condo states the airport is a 6 minute drive. We didn't realize there were 2 airports in destin, we flew into destin/ fort walton beach and its a 30 minute drive. Lastly there' a tv but no cable as listed. We tried to watch movie on youtube and it froze up con

Fantastic little condo. Ultra clean/beachy modern

Patrick and Gaile were amazing hosts on our eight day stay at their condo! They were very organized in communication, letting us know what to expect when we arrived and had things set up, remodeled, and so clean and nice for their beach guests. The location is right next to Noriega Point, so I enjoyed my morning run along the running path that his right outside their door and lead you to the Gulf of Mexico. Their building is easily accessible and we appreciated that their unit was on the ground floor because it made it easier for us to get in and out of the condo. All of the decor is brand new and you can tell they put a lot of thought into it. We did utilize their sleeper sofa, and my son said that it was very comfortable. We enjoyed mornings out on the balcony, people watching since the walking and running truck runs right in front of their condo, across the street. You also have a beautiful view a palm trees off of the balcony. They are super close to Louisiana Lagniappe and Bric A Brac, which are 2 great dinner spots. Target and Publix are within 2 miles of them and so is the original Donut Hole, so don't miss out on their donuts when you visit! If you want a quiet place to spend your beach vacation, we highly recommend Patrick and Gaile's beach condo. The view of the marina at Noriega Point is breathtaking early in the morning, so don't miss it! Thursday nights, every week, you can watch a beautiful fireworks display right off your balcony. They provide 2 beach chairs, a cooler for the beach, and a sun umbrella for your beach days. Book this condo! You won't be disappointed. Thank you again, Patrick and Gaile for your hospitality! Your place is just as advertised

Your place is very clean, very nice. Easy to access things in the area to see and do. Just wish there was a wagon to carry the chairs and cooler to the beach, us old folks it takes a toll. Otherwise it was a very nice place to stay.

Home Away from Home

This place was really a great location. It was about a 5 min walk to the beach and the drive was close to everything I planned for the trip. Walmart is super close if you may have forgotten anything from home. Netflix was provided; therefore I did not need my fire stick. The neighbors around the property were super friendly if there were any questions. The host was very responsive when needed and answers all questions. This was an awesome place to stay in!

A great getaway

We had a short stay, and wished it could have been longer. The location is great. Quick access to the beach, where we spent most of our time. Great Little Place

I’m not one for crowded tourist locations. I was just down for a weekend wedding. This condo not only suited our needs as far as size, price and amenities. But more importantly it’s a very short walking distance from beach access which is VERY important when public parking is at a minimum. I was very pleased with the owner’s communication, the condo, and the entire experience in general. Highly recommend!

We fell in love with the Destin area in 2012 after an on-the-whim vacation before our daughter was born. Since, we have gotten married down here, vacationed here a dozen times, and shared priceless memories with our daughter and other family members and friends on what we believe are the most beautiful beaches in America. It was our dream to own a vacation property in the Destin, FL area, and we are so happy we have been able to make this dream come true.

Why they chose this property

We love the location of this property as its very close to all the amenities Destin has to offer while still maintaining a homey feel. It had a head-to-toe remodel in June 2017 that included new flooring, paint, appliances, fixtures, AC unit, hot water heater, furniture, and decor. Our condo is one of sixteen units in a small condominium complex located in Holiday Isle situated between the harbor and the beach. It is also on the first floor, so you will not have to hassle with going up and down stairs. The beach is a 3 minute walk away!

What makes this property unique

As the condo sits in front of the canal you can take the water taxi to all the Destin waterfront restaurants. Every Thursday, you can watch the fireworks from the Emerald Grande from our balcony. This location allows you to be close to all boating activities Destin has to offer including deep sea fishing, snorkeling, parasailing, and Crab Island. You can also watch the boats coming in at Norreigo Point, which is right down the street!
