Perfect for a family

Everything was perfect! Easy access to beach and pools! They have carts to help haul baggages and groceries. We were able to relax and enjoy the view!

Great Spot on the Beach

This was a great place for our family to use at Orange Beach. I loved the easy access to the beach and that we could see everyone on the beach if my husband and I needed to split duties between beach and naps with our littles. The kids enjoyed the property's two pools and splash pad, while we enjoyed the ramp to the beach and easy spray down stations. Food delivery was looking if we didn't feel like cooking or going out. We would definitely come back!

This is our third stay at the Phoenix V and we love it. The unit is as listed. I have no complaints about the room considering we were there for the beach and the splash pad. If you're wanting a fancy room with all new amenities, this isn't your room. Be careful of the pans, some are lopsided and could be swapped out with newer sets. We had some mischievous kids running around unattended playing ding-dong-ditch. The front desk workers took care of that problem immediately and promptly.

Needs a lot of work!

This place needs alot of updating and maintenance! There are patches that have not been painted on the walls , lamps missing shades and some lamps just missing . There was mold in closets and on top of cabinet doors! The master bedroom furniture is molded and has lots of water damage . When we arrived sink would not drain in bathroom , commode would not flush and dishwasher would not drain causing floor to get wet. Took two days for them to finally come fix a few things . The property and the view were great but this particular unit I would not stay at again! They did offer to move us but we were already in and had already wasted 2 days of waiting fir issues to be resolved.
