Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.

There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VI. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing. Stay in our Premium unit and pay less than the select price!!!

Come relax on the 4th floor balcony directly overlooking the outdoor pool with great views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. We have a king size bed in the master with balcony access and we have two full sized beds in the guest bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa!! We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE ADDITIONAL UNITS AT PHOENIX VI, INCLUDING ANOTHER 2 OTHER UNITs ON THIS 4TH FLOOR!!!!

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Spacious and Convenient

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was cleaner than a lot of places I have stayed. There was sand in the bathroom rug and some socks from previous guests under the bed. Otherwise clean and well kept. The condo is spacious and quiet. The balcony furniture was nice and tons of beach toys in the outdoor closet. The mattress in the king bed isn’t comfortable and needs replaced. You can feel a dip in it when you sit. Thankfully it was at the foot of the bed so we still slept fine. The location is great! The facility as a whole was perfect for a family. Multiple elevators, and plenty of luggage carts.

OBA BIRTHDAY

Clean unit, convenient to the beach. Lots to do for kids at Phoenix VI. Easy access in and out of unit. We didn’t cook , but the kitchen well stocked and great view of beach.! Will definitely stay here again.
