When searching for a seasonal home in New Hampshire, we agreed "make sure it has a spectacular view." Well, we found it and now you have too.

Our comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath home has views of the Mount Moosilauke area of New Hampshire's White Mountains from the all of the bedrooms, the living room and dining room, the deck and the master bedroom. At night, you can see the brilliant stars from the master bedroom, especially when there is no moon. The main floor of the house is an open floor plan featuring leather furniture in the living room, a rustic-style dining room, and a full kitchen underneath an open ceiling. The house has air conditioning for hot summer days and a wood stove and heat for cold winter nights.

The house is in the Waterville Estates community in Campton. We include one (1) pass to the Community Center with indoor and outdoor pool, bar / restaurant, a pond for swimming and fishing as well as basketball and tennis courts. With the one (1) pass, you can have other guests access the facility for a daily rate of between $10 and $20 per person per day. The surrounding area is full of recreational opportunities with mountain hikes, adventure parks, glacial cave tours and New Hamphire's famous lakes. The small town of Campton is conveniently located right off exit 28 on I-93 and features restaurants and a small grocery store. It is very short driving distance to the larger communities of Waterville Valley, Lincoln and Plymouth.
