Perched high among the trees, Gingerbread is a 1950’s Swiss chalet that sits on 4 acres. This is the house everyone slows down for, points and says ‘ that’s the house I would want Upstate’. Well ….she's taken. But I am so happy to welcome you as guests for a short period of time. Gingerbread comes with all the little touches making it feel like the perfect home away for a week, weekend or however long you can escape your regular life.
Completely secluded but close to the ever growing community of The Catskills- top tier restaurants, hikes, sight seeing galore all within minutes.
Bedroom & Bath: King and queen beds with luxury linens and WRIGHT mattresses (aka, the best sleep of your life). Bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash included. Washer/dryer available.
Living Room: Flooded with light from windows on all sides and views of the mountains in every direction. Smart TV and Sonos speakers make it easy to settle in.
Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with gas range, oven, dishwasher, all cookware, and serveware. French press + coffee maker included. Breakfast nook with mountain views—the best spot for slow mornings. Dining room seats 10 comfortably—perfect for dinner parties, game nights etc
Outdoor Space: Stone deck with firepit and Adirondack chairs. Covered side porch with dining table and a charcoal grill. Tons of outdoor space to enjoy the views, the fresh air and the fantasy of infinite vacation
There’s no cell service within 15 minutes of the house. But! The high-speed WiFi is fast and strong enough for video calls, streaming, and doom-scrolling—should you wish to stay connected.
