The Villa was nice, not NEW, the cleanness was poor, not even dusting and hair through out the floors/bathrooms. No wine as described. The golf course was closed and not disclosed for consideration when your booking at a golf course venue. No access to the microwave and stove for 3 days. Iwas assured we were getting our cleaning fee returned.

Upon arrival we had no water, one of the bedrooms did not have a working a/c and their was a smell throughout that seem to be coming from dirty, moldy living room curtains. The owner Wilberto Gonzalez, lied and stated there were water issues occurring throughout the area. He also stated frequent power outages affected the a/c. We could not bathe causing an uncomfortable night and we could not flush the toilets. Mr Gonzalez stated he would have repairs made in the morning. The next morning we spoke to the neighbors who stated it had been a long time since there was any issues with water or electric. One neighbor said he could check to see if water was intentionally turned off. It was and he opened it up for us. Upon turning the water on there was water leaks coming from one of the bathroom sinks. Upon inspecting, it was noticeable that the leak was old since the interior of the cabinet had visible water damage. The water was continuously leaking. We also heard a loud stream of water coming from laundry room. Upon inspecting we found the water knob in laundry sink was broken and the water could not be turned off. Obviously Mr Gonzalez knew this and thats why water valve had been turned off. We were a group of 6 in our 60s and breathing moldy air got us all sick. He stated he would refund us the cleaning fee and blamed the cleaning lady. We checked out he ceased all communications only stating he had not received payment from Vrbo. We are asking to be given a full refund.
