HOUSE RULES

- Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee.
- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
- Smoking is NOT allowed.
- Minimum smoking fee: $200. However, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- Parties or events are NOT allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.
- Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay.
- For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property.
- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.
- Additional charges (including shipping fees) may apply if personal items are left behind.
- In the event that you need to use the hard key, we kindly request that you place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
Pool Rules:
- The pool is not heated.
- Please do not tamper with the pool equipments. Fees may apply.
- Outdoor pool should be used at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children under 16 should be supervised at all times.
- No glass or food is allowed around the pool area. Fees may apply.
- Please close the pool umbrella after use or during strong winds.
- Please keep the gates closed at all times for water safety.
HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
